Hey Frizzank,

Have you thought about doing the Thor-Able or Thor-Ablestar rockets? They are wary US rockets and were some of the worlds first space launch vehicles.

Any thoughts?

I really like this mod but it is difficult to figure what goes where and what does what but still, good job!

Capsule on top, engine on bottom, fuel tanks in between. Thats just a joke but the pack isn't that hard to navigate. The craft files are included in the download so I suggest using those at first to see where everything goes. Once you see how they work then you can play with them in other places. I will say look at the descriptions of the parts they are helpful about where to use parts and when all else fails these crafts really existed. Look up the real rockets and recreate them.

Can someone please post the build list for all the craft files that come with FASA? The craft files load nothing and I've done everything I can think of, including installing on a fresh copy of KSP... I'll build the rocket myself, just please post the build list?

Hey frizz just a quick question about the reflection plugin. I don't know what it would take to do but I noticed that the "Atlas" texture in the procedural parts mod is shiny without the reflection plugin. I was wondering because I still feel that the reflection plugin just doesn't work right. The blueing problem is really annoying and I also feel it cause lag in the vab. I always take the plugin out whenever I install FASA. Its just a question/recommendation. Obviously it is trivial in the grand scheme considering the work you have done on this wonderful pack. Still when the parts are shiny they look wonderful, I just dont like the way it performs, atleast for me.

The atlas texture in the proc parts mod is not reflective. Reflective means you can see the scenery, and you cannot with proc parts. It's just a metallic texture with a good normal map on it. It looks more like a matte metallic finish rather than the reflective metallic finish the real atlas skin had.

Saying this, the matte finish they have in proc parts isn't too bad, and might look good on FASA parts. Perhaps as an optional download.

The reflection plugin looks way better than the fake stock one and after I started using the reflection shader I stopped trying to make the stock one look better. If you delete the plugin it reverts to the stock shader. I will look into making the stock one look better for the ones with low end machines.

Thank you! Just fyi it's not really a performance issue, my issue is the blueing that happens. It happens quite often and it ruins the aesthetic for me. I swear I'm not trying to belabor the point I just think that for however good it looks in the VAB once you hit launch the tanks turning blue annoy me. Again not trying to push the point just fyi.

I seem to be having a new issue that just popped up in the last day. My loading screen get stuck on the same gemini part.

Its an easy fix I just have to delete the the gemini folder from the ATM texture cache and the game loads works perfectly fine with no issue. However if I try to load it again the game will hang on that same piece. So the last 3 or four times I have loaded ksp I just delete the gemini folder from the ATM texture cache and it loads fine. I figure this is an ATM issue but I have never had this problem before it just started happening. Also here is my log if it helps.

@sp1989: NOT a FASA problem. I also have doubts this 'just started happening' with no changes made otherwise. Did anything get updated prior to this???

Nope. Honestly I installed FASA for the first time again in a while last Thursday. On Sunday it wouldn't load it hung in that part. So really it just started happening. Honest I haven't added or changed the game since last wednsday.

My game briefly get stuck as it loads that same part, but it eventually continues as normal

Alright I'll be more patient but it's funny how it loads faster when I clear the texture cache.

yeah, you might also consider briefly getting the mod that tracks your RAM or memory usage just to see what is going on...that might be another issue...especially given the memory leaks I have been hearing about from .90.

I don't have time right now to post assembly instructions for all the craft files. I dont know why they are not showing up for you, I suspect they are not in the right place.

Can someone else post the craft files and see if that works for them. A RO craft files would be helpful as well.

Thanks! I tried to switch the folder but the problem that i still encouter is that VAB will load only cockpit and the GUI will glitch itself
