As a retired co-gm, raid leader & strater: hm, average gamer, begginer, totally raid inexperienced players, and funny raid wich used to manage/organize up to 7 raid (and some other events) per day , sometime even two at the same time assisting another raid leader without seeing it's group fight but knowing each raid member and solving other group issue just by listening to the comment while raid leading it's own real time ... ... ...
