So, you have probably been to the Mun, right? I have found that the Mun landing ships are ones that are looked over sometimes by people who are more interested in planetary landers. they might say: "Oh, making a Mun vessel is easy". But I think getting to the Mun takes a special ship, and here is where you could post those awesome ships of yours.

I have landed on the Mun many times but here is my favorite Mun rocket. It was originally made for the 1 mainsail or lower thrust challenge. The first stage has 1 kN less thrust than a mainsail.

Still playing around with the demo but I'm getting the hang of Mun missions.

I tried to mimic Apollo. The lander had enough delta-v for 3 cautious landings in 3 biomes, and the ascent stage had just barely enough to put it in orbit to be picked up by the command module.

Started to make a base here at the Mun Arch before I decided to send the kerbals back to the Mun station.

Obviously the resupply and sample return ships make it back to kerbin, but they can't help leaving "some stuff" behind. Then there are the Apollo replicas which are probably best suited here:

Never landed any thimg to the Mun. Have landed a probe with some experiments ("I don't care if it's the first try, if it doesn't have science in it it doesn't fly ") on Minmus, and failed to return it due to fuel limits.

I generally tend to overbuild my lander designs, cut costs on lifter designs, and still do the mission in a single launch. Mea culpa, I know, but I can't stop going for such Mission profiles.

I´ve spent a lot of time on the Mun before going interplanetary.

But I´ll always remember the first one... glorius times.
