Guys, you have to correct smoothing groups (aka normals) so your cubic models don't try to "round out themselves". There is A LOT of mods in KSP that suffer from the same illness and it's just very obvious.

this is what I found about how to do it in blender:

in 3ds max, select all faces, scroll down in modify panel, and press "clear smoothing groups",

if you need areas smoothed, don't unsmoothen them =)

I will make a short tutorial later to show how it works.

Does somebody know how to set light right? Because everytime i'm loading my save file (F9) lights from my BAR becomes brightness. What should i do to remove this problem?

I don't know, I didn't try putting lights in yet.

In Blender you can just add modificator "Edge Split".
