unpersonxiao Posted February 3, 2014 Share Posted February 3, 2014 Some times there will be a error loading of model on the fairing base that it shows up in an wrong size(always 1.25m size although it's acturally a 2.5m or3.75m version)when go to launch,especially when use it as the first part of a vessel. Guest Posted February 3, 2014 Share Posted February 3, 2014 I have a small request. Could the engine sounds be switched to the new FX node system? I'd like to reference KW sounds in my modified engine configs, but the way it's set up, it would require all KW engines to be installed in order to work. This is my Mun science\refuel station with all kinds of docking ports. There was a vessel with 2,5m stock port docked to 3.75m port - it was OK. I've undocked it, docked current vessel (3,75m port) - it was OK until I loaded this particular station again.It's just a visual bug, the port itself is working fine.//snip//I'm having this exact issue, except the large docking ring has shrunk on both sides of the connection.I've seen a few people mention this in this thread, but I must have missed it if this has already been addressed. There are more and more mods tracking cost and career mode looks to be introducing cost tracking soon.Currently all the tanks cost the same amount which is completely out of balance with stock. DerpyFlyer Posted February 9, 2014 Share Posted February 9, 2014 If you use tweakables (right click) and set the thrust limiter for 50(%) then it will increase the burn time by 200% and decrease the thrust by 50%. You do this by right clicking on the srb in the VAB and then click on the middle of the bar labled thrust limiter. drag it around until the number becomes 50. Love the pack btw, will always be my go-to for rockets!Since you asked nicely. I'm going to be pretty non specific and say that we're working on some bigger things, a couple of small things. There are a few other features that we're also working on that I think people will like, assuming they pan out. I've also been looking at the new effects and the various things I can do with it (or more accurately not do), so we'll see. I'm also at some point going to see what's changed in terms of ram usage for different image formats etc and see if there is any good improvements to be had.Hopefully that should shed ~some~ light. I'm usually pretty vague about these things, because otherwise I'd just end up being like a trailer that gives away the entire plot of the movie. I'm crashing too often with 40 mods so I think I'm going to give this try. But I haven't seen enough parts to know just how much of a hit I'm taking in the prettiness as that's important to me.
