Normally it is published around the time I go to bed... which was 30 minutes ago.But I don't expect it to be released that early, they just entered the experimentals. Unless I'm waiting for something, I mostly ignore steam updates...And why not use steam? I've NEVER had a problem with them in the nearly 8 year's Ive used them.
