Not the exact problem. This is happening, but it's only things under the advanced settings won't be read.

Hmmm... I just found a typo that means it won't be able to load the scaled space configs. So it does save the shader floats to the config, just doesn't load them?

This is only with one texture in use. I think repetition won't be an issue anymore.

EDIT: More rotational angles would help the cause still. Occasional clusters of 2 clouds at the exact same angle do happen.

... We are all artist. Art is to lie. Art is a lie. In the best of cases, when art is worth, it's a lie to expose the truth.

I see only the truth in beauty;) Seriously though, that's the most quotable thing I've read on these forums. Salute to you.

@Bob, Bobby, Bobbo! aka Astronomer: Those sir, are f'ing dope as high grade heroin. I'd love to feature those on my dream-stream;)

Sometimes I get the feeling that dirt is not the only thing you sell...

Anyways, I just need to fix those ghost edges... again, and its done. The configs are basically done too, but the advanced settings won't work just yet (distance and stuff).

Hmm.. I'm messing something up.

There's a solid line (curve) of the transition as I'm nearing space -- it may have something to do with the "HD Cloud Improvement" pack I already had installed, but installed "Better Atmospheres" on top of. I wonder if I need to wipe my clouds folder and start over.. :I

Here's a better picture. The effect is as if the top of the sky just opens up to pitch black all of a sudden. Creepy! :)

You need to change the fade distance to 100 manually. It does not save due to a bug in EVE.

comparison shots of astronomer alpha vometric clouds with defualt.cfg and astro alpha vometric clouds+ sonicgalaxy Better Atmospheres

Javascript is disabled. View full album

first 6 are just astros hd alpha test clouds rest are combinaton

seems better atmospheres likes t make clouds more light colored. guess should have changed the atmoshpere closer color to clouds?

cant wait for your new clouds astronomer hopely can keep eve as scary as before.
