Lossing the fight

Ok so ive been playing this since its launch ( no Pun Intended) however iam getting very tired of radom crashes , installing and removing mods to fix crashes and even deleting the entire game reinstalling it.

Ive never landed on the moon because i never get that far into it without crshin every game i start, never completed any tech tree , i dont enjoy sandbox mod and prefer the carrer mode.

Now i run game tru steam ( could be the reason of my woes ) but is there a definive list of mods that run with no hicups for the currunt build ?

Is there a set system of installing modes IE keathane has to be installed before say scansat ?

Yes i have alot of fav mods which i really like yet with the crashes iam getting really really down hearted even thou i have 450Hrs logged with this game.

Is there someone that can help with my woes ?

You could always try using less mods - it's sounding a lot like you're experiencing out-of-RAM crashes. These will generally happen on scene switch, but may also happen randomly. They'll only happen if you have a very low amount of RAM, or you have a lot of mods installed, though. So here's my tips:

1: Post your system specifications in this thread.

2: Install texture reduction packs for mods

or

Manually resize textures to a lwer resolution

or

Delete the parts that you don't use a lot.

and/or

set your texture quality to half res in the settings menu, and reload the game.

Using the half-res feature should allow you to not crash when using a lot of mods. Won't work if you're already at half res or below, obviously.

Anyway, you shouldn't post this thread in Gameplay Questions, as it's not a question about gameplay. This thread should be posted in Addon Support. Can we get a mod to move it?

EDIT: Oh, and it almost sounds like you're blaming Squad for your problems. Don't. They're not responsible for how the game works with mods. Oh, and a list of mods that you have installed would also help us.
