I use this mod without TAC. What do I do with the water that is produced by fuel cells? Can I dump it somehow?

Use can use the Elektron to split it back into Hydrogen and Oxygen, if you have lots of solar panels, that way the whole thing works like a huge battery. Otherwise just ignore it (there's no way to vent resources into space).

Hi! This pack is getting more awesome by the minute, wich makes me consider to use it.

Since i never messed around with ressources, a quick noob question: is YOUR hydrogen the same than say, what Near Future Propulsion uses? Is it compatible or do I have to tweak it myself?

It'll most likely be different, as we use specific compression ratios to fit more of the resource in a smaller package (which is how it worked on Apollo with their cryogenic storage). Shouldn't be too hard to change the .cfgs either way though :)

But then again, I've never played with those mods so I can't be too sure.

Our hydrogen is defined as a gas a STP (Standard temperature and pressure). If NFP uses liquid hydrogen and calls it hydrogen then it won't work. If it calls it liquid hydrogen then it's compatible (although the two resources will be different). Same story for oxygen / LOX

ALthough it would be easy enough to convert our parts to use liquid resources, by changing the quantities.

Closer to the release of 1.0 I'll be looking at what other mods we can work with. I'll put NFP on the list (along with Real Fuels and Interstellar).

I love the style of this mod, but when are TAC Life Support Food containers going to be implemented? Oxygen and Water are taken care of by stock, but without Food you can't replace using the TAC containers.

This mod is awesome. Following it every day. Just one small thing I noticed: On the new water storage block, it says "Hydrogen" on the inside of the Hatch. :)

That's because I accidentally released a dev version of the water container :(

It should still be using the old model until a new version is released for 0.8

Updated to the latest version of US_Core and US_KAS. Still using the old version of KAS intended for 0.23.5â€â€that seems to otherwise workâ€â€but I can no longer take parts from the Universal Storage KAS Container...? I open the container, click on the "take" button, and nothing happens. Although sometimes I get a "No target" message when doing so...

Update KAS to a version that works in 0.24, it's working fine for me.

Okay good to know it's just me. But I can't find a version of KAS that works with 0.24. Pointer would be really appreciated? Apologies!

Use the KAS fix by JeffersonFlight: 64-Bit or 32-Bit
