Kerbals apparently don't like hitting their head.

It was terrifying!

An hour ago James Kerman was spaghettified on Mun.

It was horrifying.

It was for the best.

It was inevitable.

It was inevitable.

*ahem*

I didn't actually write "It was horrifying!" with DF in mind :P

Thanks Renegrade, it also had two ants on either side. You can do SICK TRIXXX and actual drifts with it. By the way, it's a motorcycle.

I can't even control the kerbal so he will be there for a while.

Sorry about that... DF seems to be leaking into other realities by now. :-P

Dwarf fortress is about elephants, mass murder, killing nobles, building pointlessly large things for pure enjoyment, magma, alcoholics, Carp that molest short men looking to get a drink, easily killable ancient beasts with blood that causes your dwarves to explode in a few weeks, and cats that slow time down.

Exactly 50 words!

Now we have to derail a thread over there at DF forums to KSP to restore balance.

This is a masterwork carving of James Kerman and the Rover. The Rover is made of cheese. The Rover is tipping over onto a rock, tearing the arm, denting the right toe (4), and puncturing the skull of James Kerman. James Kerman looks ecstatic. This carving is in reference to the "Falling of Kerman" between the Mün and the Kerbin in the year 1.

Who needs a tiny rover when you can have a huge 8 kerbal rover that can de-orbit without a parachute*?

*30% success rate, with minor cosmetic damage. Don't actually have any screenshots of a "successful landing", because I was trying to get one to land without any damage at all.

Put structural panels under exposed parts. It is for the best.

The RTG takes the full force of the impact and the part explodes in gore!

I wonder how many KSP players play DF.

*raises hand*

No matter how bad it gets for my Kerbals, they'll at least never have it as bad as my Dwarves. I once flushed an entire fortress down into the caverns when a frozen lake I was draining melted before I could finish sealing the fortress back off. Turned the fortress into a giant toilet.

The spiders ate well that day.

In the year 2012, TheDarkStar became interested in the secrets of life and death.

In the year 2012, TheDarkStar traveled to the human site Bay 12.

In the year 2012, TheDarkStar downloaded Dwarf Fortress.

It was inevitable.

It is terrifying.

Whenever my Kerbals hit their heads they go into a coma.

I don't have any screenshots of this, but they just stand there... staring into the distance...

Needless to say Bob was heartbroken leaving Jeb in his comatose state but it was necessary.;.;

Our hero, Jebediah Kerman:
