So those are movable parts right? Can you post a video of current progress? I really want to see it move.

I can see that it will be tricky to make this work. No torque..

You could try probe cores for a chest? may look like ribs and will stablize it a bit.

It really is so adorable. Look! it wants a hug!

Oh, hang on a min! You used rescaled parts right? Just rescale some reaction wheels and use them to stabilize it.

you cant rescale reaction wheel, not jet atleast

I got one to walk without reaction wheels using arms/body to move the CoM over each foot, can walk forward with just two action groups. A similar action for that small one may be the simplest you'll get, otherwise it looks like a nightmare of individual joint control to make him balance.

I would try to make an exoskeleton, i really like making walking things, but the problem is that IR doesn't work with 0.24 for some reason, it works but they can't be resized.

I would go for a mechanism instead of a script or a "press key X then X and then X to move half a meter"
