1189: A malfunctioning torchship, the second sent to Kerbolis, slams into the northern pole of Sanctum. After a quick test, it is found to have made a 10 km area around it fairly close to habitable. The same quick test confirms that the poles, toxic or not, taste like creamsicles. Plans for lots of torchships to be slammed into the planet pass, and 10 torchships- 5 for the north and 5 for the south pole- are sent.

please don't off-topic post and also i didn't congratulate you because i thought it was someone else's work congrats

1190: the ash from the Great Eruption of 1120 is still raining down on Kerbin and there are meteor showers every day. The ash will rain until 1212. The ash covering the ground will take longer to clean up. The chunks of Kerbin and ash orbiting Kerbin destroyed more satellites and created a new moon. The placeholder name is Mun K-3.

1191: A small exploration ship from TC lands on Sanctum and finds an odd pattern in the dirt. This pattern is examined and it is revealed to be a block of text reading "This planet is private property of Trafalgar Co., trespassers will be fined up to 1,000 funds".

1231- After more than THREE DEACDES of scientific research they think they may have temporarily devolved into the minions from the film Despicable Me. And by scientific research I meant they looked into a mirror. But it turns out yellow-phase may mean something different in Kerbinese?

1194: The universe is reloaded due to a corruption named KREMPIRE_KRATER_KFUTURE_KOMBO. In the new and rebooted universe, Kerbals cannot change color and the "kre-" suffix cannot exist. However, a small crater remains where the "Krater" was. There's about a micrometer of lava there, and about 2 grams of dust in the atmosphere! Also, Kerbals can't die for thousands of years, skip history, or other related things. Thus, the year will go by in intervals (at maximum) of 20 years.

1204: The Elysae arrives at its destination and sends out scouts. Within a decade, it will land. Other torchships, more advanced, are sent in the same direction.

1205: The Elysae lands and sets up a colony. The other ships, carrying 1000 each, will arrive in 1270.

1206.3: The black hole is named Afriria. It leads to a spot just 20 LY from the Elysae's destination, and it takes 0.3 years to go through it. For reference, Elysae's destination is 23000000 LY away from Kerbin. The torchships are redirected to Afriria.

1208: More probes are sent for Freezer. The first one finds a "mat" of life. Unfortunately, a lamp is shined on the planet and a full hemisphere of it is invigorated and adapts to the new amount of light, and when the lamp is shut off it dies. A lot of kerbals go into existentialism and mortality studies after that...

1211: Kerbals realize who sengoku is and what he did: He's an orange and he slammed into freezer at 309 M/S.

1212: Exploration of the Elysae's galaxy is ongoing. Exploration of the Kerbal galaxy is not.
