I don't have any good ships readily available right now (my 64 bit is crashing on this machine so I'm waiting to being my desktop for mods) so have a THSS ship I ripped off google.

8/10. Solid design, but methinks you need something more substantial than hydrazine thrusters for controlling that thing. The engines also aren't really visible, so I can't evaluate key items regarding performance.

10/10 I love the ship design ! I should start using KSPI again. Then uninstall it. Then reinstall it, and send all previous ships with it.
