A whole galaxy for all kerbalkind

Hey guys i am starting a new mod that incorporates starsystems, planetfactory CE, And texturereplacer, And some other things.

I do need a little help, I need someone to help me add a galactic dust ring, And some nebulas, Nebulas only have to be a small star or planet wrapped in a gigantic particle cloud, I also need help incorporating a optional but nice potential feature Wormholes!! I plan to use hyperedit to make it so that when you get too close to a black hole you will be teleported into a escape trajectory from a random black somewhere else in the universe!

Can people please send me some planets for each star

Planet Requirements:

#1: most of them have to be close to mun size.

#2: Feel free to get exotic about it because it is interstellar travel.

The Kerbal galaxy

will consist of:

1 Yellow stars

1 Blue dwarfs

1 Blue Giants

2 Red dwarfs

1 Red Hypergiant!! "Literally the radius is the size of the kerbol system alone!!"

I'm sorry, but that amount of stars (and if you plan to put atleast 1 planet in each star's orbit) is practically impossible to run. I have trouble using StarSystems with any more than 8 stars. Interesting, nonetheless.

Figure I should point out that Planetfactory is pretty much depreciated at this point. No one uses it due to the amount of ram it takes up for planets. Kopernicus is the way to go.

Out of curiosity, what star is in the background of that screenshot? The red dwarf, maybe?

Its corbo one of the default stars in starsystems

Unfortunately StarSystems does not work with the new ModuleManager or Kopernicus, and PFCE is a dead mod.

Crazy idea just thought of seconds ago: what if we could implement interstellar gas to give the "look" of an entire galaxy. The gas could be a lot in the way EVE does clouds, in that simple 2D images are scattered about over a plane and that they always face you. Space Engine, in fact, does something very similar (heck, it could be the same method), and the results are always jaw-dropping.

Of course, this is by no means a request for this mod. Just a little tidbit to get you guys' brains thinking.

EDIT: Woops, that's what this mod is all about.

Great minds think alike! Also, I want to mess around and see if I can get anything that looks good. Right now I have a question posted on the EVE thread asking how to create clouds around the sun. Fingers crossed for a rapid response.

Daniel, currently planet mods are in a bit of a mess. PFCE might be back from the dead, Krag made a beta version for 0.90. Kopernicus development has resumed, Kittopia development has stopped (but will probably be restarted under new ownership), and there are a few packs out there that try to put them together (KopernicusTech is the most current).

Kopernicus is not compatible with Star Systems so it wouldn't work for what you're trying to do. EVE clouds are in spheres, not bulges or rings. Try Kittopia's ring feature?

I know I'm trying to use the EVE sphere clouds to make a central bulge (Which would be spherical) And as for kittopia rings, I need help learning about transform value because i cant even make planet rings!

Dolas' Planets are currently in development here are their specs:

Gini:

Radius: 600km

Gravity: 0.8g

Fun fact: Pretty close to dolas, It has yellow patches here and there

Dera: (Featured in the banner.)

A big blue gas giant.

Moons:

Fleth:

Radius: 600km

Gravity: 0.2g

Herodux:

Radius: 60km

Gravity: 0.05g

Karchus:

Radius: 60km

Gravity: 0.23g

I hope you like the info above, Sorry if i am not giving all the info you would like but i am trying to be able to dramatically unveil it

( I know PFCE is outdated but i can do this with anything else. )

BTW: I would be interested in porting this over to kopernicustech but i dont have 0.90 (It doesnt work on my pc right now.) but i am going to need help.

I created a seperate thread because i thought that the original thread informed on what i was going to do and the new thread was supposed to inform on what i was already doing.
