  1. I'm actually using a 64G micro SD card. Performance on my surface pro2 is already crappy so it doesnt make a difference anyways... I usually go get a coffee when KSP is loading and when i come back... It be still loading. I thinky I may do an upgrade to this brand new product:
  2. Umm... Kouston? Who the hell thought that'd be a good idea??
  3. Cargo bay worked fine for me. Usually I open the bay when still climbing (somewhere above 30,000m though) , undock/decouple and pitch down the carrier, so that the payload can float out.
  4. Here is my entry: The HuckePack MK1 Full Album: I didn't have much time right now, so I flew only once although the plane crashed in the end, due to some of the engineers at the KSC who didn't quite realize landing gear has to face downwards.... Score: 0.0 + 2 * 14 = 28 10 Kerbals = 300 Solar Panels = 10 [Payload return = 50 (well...)] = 338 = 388 if you count the not really successfull landing. Fuel left, i think i could've actually brought my payload somewhere with a little patience. There has actually been a super secret 2nd payload in the HuckePack Mk1, but more on that later....
  5. Nice challenge! Going to submit my entry later on!
  6. SSTO-Spaceplane in Realism Overhaul. Nah just kidding. Is that even possible? I found SSTO's which can actually go somewhere else after achieving LKO the hardest manageable thing to do.
  7. This HAS to be played, everytime a new "Creation" is presented on the Launchpad:
  8. Tonight, I wasted my sleep to create a new Station around Duna: The LagStation I! Purpose: Well...... Random picture of a plane on Duna. And not finding those darn stone monoliths.
  9. The KSS (incredibly creative name, I know) has just been finished, and received its first crew of 6 bold kerbonauts!
  10. Duna Station Part 1. Next Mission will be adding Solar Arrays and building a Small Mining Base on Gilly:
  11. So my Kerbal's thought the VAB just wasn't fancy enough...
  12. That's a goodie Sir! I have been looking for Mod-Compliations for quite a while and have not found anything useful, so here's mine: I currently play a stockish ksp-realism style: This gamestyle is not vastly memory consuming, I'm partly playing this game on my Surface Pro 2, onboard graphics. There is room for beauty though, as installing more an more graphics mods makes this exploration gamestyle so much more awesome. Mods are: KWRocketry (Stylish Rocket Parts) http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/51037-1-02-KW-Rocketry-v2-7-Available-1-02-Compatibility!-16-05-2015 Station Parts Expansion (Self-explaining, i guess) http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/91814-1-02-Stockalike-Station-Parts-Expansion-%2804-05-2015-CTT-and-minor-fixes%29 Procedual Fairing (Because 2-Part Fairings!) http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/39512-1-0-2-Procedural-Fairings-3-14-FAR-Euler-support-%28May-10%29 Near Future Spacecraft + Construction + (Solar) http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/52042-0-21 Note: Although called Near Future, using only the Construction, Spacecraft and Solar extension, realistic gameplay is obtained. KAS (Interactive EVA Stuff is just so much fun!) http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/92514-0-24-2-Kerbal-Attachment-System-%28KAS%29-0-4-8-Fixed-for-0-24-2-x86-x64-%29 Habitat Pack (Inflate!) http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/64442-0-23-5-Habitat-Pack-v0-4 Note: Although outdated, patching some numbers in the .cfg's made this mod work fine for me. That's it. I have not listed essentials like Kerbal Engineer Mechjeb etc. If you consider taking on this project, i would be glad to help you. Now it's your turn.
  13. Well, at school it is hard to find anyone who is really into KSP. My physics teacher referred to the game though about half a year ago, which I found pretty awesome.
  14. Hellou Here is my entry for the K-Prize Challenge. This beauty is called the Galadrian I. Completely reusable, it is in this configuration able to take 16 green men with preposterously large heads to LKO. I was able to dock the thing to my refueling station but it really needs some redesigning to make this process comfortable. I think its the Pilot proficiency medal and the Advanced pilot precision award (1stClass), you decide Dry Mass 21.545 Tons Dry Cost 92,397 C Wet Mass 30.845 Tons Wet Cost 93,518 C This leads to a total fuel cost per flight of 1121 C. -> Fuel cost per passenger. 70 C Bill finally commercialized Kerbal Spaceflight (I Have an alternative configuration which is imcapable of docking, but carries 4 more crew in offset.) Mods used: Despite the install beeing really part-mod-heavy, the craft is fully stock. Using only KER for stats monitoring.
  15. I just finished assembling and manning the Zeus I, which is now on an escape trajectory out of Kerbins SOI heading towards Jool Zeus I docking. Zeus I Crewing Aand i finally sent my Voyager probe on its way throughout the Kerbol system
  16. Hello everyone, I played KSP for quite some time now, and thought it'd be a good idea to join the forum to post and share some of my creations Was introduced to KSP by my little brother, who bought it in the Steam early-access section. Great game, and hopefully a great community
