  1. Commnet, kerbnet, asteroids, EVA parachutes, dV readings, EVA construction and inventory, couple dozens of new parts...
  2. Also reminder that only current gen consoles are supported. So, really, a wise move in the last 3 years would've been a decent pc for the price of a console if someone didn't have either.
  3. I'm fresh after the movie so forgive my nerdiness, but as alternative to Odyssey, I want something already mentioned here That's assuming I'd have some alternatives for propulsion other than the Crucible.
  4. We know nothing aside from that it should be more meaningful than collecting science currency for unlocking parts. The assumption is that it would be based on discoveries and research, rather than rightclicking a bunch of experiments every time a biome changes.
  5. We haven't seen anything pointing out that torch drive engines will be there on launch. MH, yes, but then again, exploring without reason to exploring isn't exploring. Oh great there's something cool on the other side of that crater-oh wait I can't do anything with it other stan stare at it. During sandbox phase I may travel to look at planets, but to actually do something on them other than to plant a flag (I probably won't bother doing that either for now, as I just planted the last remaining flags on Tylo and Laythe, first ever in my life, in KSP1), that's going to wait at least until science is reintroduced. That's an interesting design challenge if you ask me, different from all others in the system. Plenty of sunlight, so you can set up your colony to work solely on solar power, but then have either an alternative source or plenty of batteries/other energy capacitors for long nights.
  6. By the time I get access to these endgame technologies, I'll already have a thriving colony on Moho.
  7. 40 dayzzzzzz I don't like how Moho is underappreciated. I know it's a beast to get to, and any medium sized spacecraft requires an absolute behemoth of a launch vehicle, but one you pass these little inconveniences, the positives are all over the place. It's my favourite planet and chances are high that it will be still in KSP2. I can't wait to be surprised because as far as I'm concerned, we haven't seen how it looks yet.
  8. From Feature episode 4. Regardless, the part of my post that remained is very much out of context now, but whatever :v
  9. [snip] But speaking of Eve... <I know it isn't confirmed that it's actually the planet in question but purple, thick clouds and sandy surface... Yeah>
  10. There wasn't much change here, was it? The plan remained the same, new KSP with interstellar travel, colonies and everything in between. Only the quality, and possibly quantity improved.
  11. 24th is taken by Forspoken. You don't want two big titles releasing at the same time. In fact, you don't want two big titles releasing less than a month between each other, because the bigger one will steal the spotlight.
  12. I guess these people can always send some funds to their steam wallet (if it's available) some time prior to release and just use money from there. And I guess they can find how much any other $50 equivalent game costs on steam, I bet there are plenty, and secure similar amount in the wallet.
  13. https://steamdb.info/app/2004210/history/ https://steamdb.info/app/1249970/history/ check timestamps for all three. Nearly identical. Most likely something was going on under the hood on steam side.
  14. It seems like something done internally on steam. I've seen at least two more yet-to-be-released products that had the same thing. Store API date removed, date changed to coming soon or TBA or something.
  15. [referring to persistent rotation] I don't think it will be. The artificial gravity rings may be completely unaffected by timewarp, and I still think that controls will be off during warp. There was no word on "you can control your ship during timewarp" other than acceleration, so I assume there's no such thing.
  16. I assume physwarp to still be there. Timewarp under acceleration may still lock the controls, you point the the right direction - now that maneuver nodes are not instantaneous I believe the marker will point you in average direction for the entirety of the burn - you start the burn, you warp, you go out of warp, you stop the burn. No pitching, yawing, rolling in the meantime. And it won't be available in atmo, (unless you're stationary) because there's more than just the engines affecting your ship, the ground, the air, all these constantly changing your vector. So you're still limited here to physwarp, and while I don't think it'll cause joint breaking or other weird behavior, you're still asking for trouble if you overuse it, as slight touch on the controls may end up with flipping rolling crashing - you're going 4x normal speed, so you have 4x less time to react, and your half a second long button push is actually 2 seconds long push for the craft. And I hope physwarp to still be available in space because I ain't wasting several minutes on turning my interstellar ship around for deceleration. Preferably using SAS controls. But, again, any input may cause unwanted results even without breaking the ship in half.
  17. So we can see KSP 1.12.7 in the future! Also, 42 days before KSP2, it has to mean something.
  18. Well they may have reduced the steepness of the mountains. Back in KSP1 the slopes were nearly vertical. Now, even at, say, 40⁰ slope, the landing wouldn't be as dangerous.
  19. There was no words on moutains, only some hills:
  20. Have you checked steam store page for the game? It lists all available languages there.
  21. This game is about to sound EPIC. The bass, the crackle, it's all there.
