What is KSP trying to be?
dryer_lint replied to Robotengineer's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
It's a game built around a simulator. Although the core idea is building and flying spacecraft, career features have kind of been added onto that. So, a simulator, but one where you actually need to pay for parts and built your crafts, etc. -

dryer_lint replied to Trenchfoot's topic in Welcome Aboard
Yep, you guessed it. It's kind of a known bug feature, but I'm not sure if SQUAD is planning to fix it... -

FNaF? That's the thing that... you know... is a game... which does stuff, right? I don't know much about Five Nights at Freddy's. I guess I need to get moar eddicatun. Never seen a movie based on a game before, though. Should be interesting.

An art installation that reminds me of KSP
dryer_lint replied to Mister Dilsby's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I wouldn't be surprised if SQUAD added this Just kidding, SQUAD. We love you guys. Almost all the time. -
The way I interpreted it, the blight wasn't the problem. They knew how to cure it, or maybe make GMO blight-resistant plants and get them onto the spaceship. The problem was that the blight would kill all the other plants, and then Earth would run out of oxygen. That whole "blight breathes nitrogen" part was just trying to say that blight didn't need oxygen to survive. It could kill all the plants, wait for the oxygen to dry out, and it would still be perfectly fine. This is just my interpretation, of course. I still feel like they could have done it much better...
