KSP 1 could be "training" for KSP 2 if you veiw it a certain way. I would try to do some Duna and Ike missions, really fun to send a rover, and eventually a crewed mission.

I play on X Box, which makes an already difficult game even more difficult. I think better features/optimization is a MUST, but modding is fairly difficult. However, some games like Fallout 4 and Minecraft have built in Mods on console, so anything is possible.

The music is PERFECT! It is so Kerbal, but it still maintains a uniqueness. Well done!

Building of that idea, you could have dynamic music. Dynamic music has been used masterfully in games like Doom and Doom Eternal. Basicly, every aspect of the music track reflects what is happening in game. This would be great for a game like KSP 2, imagine the music changing as you descend into the atmosphere of Eve.

I believe the devs already confirmed automated resupply missions.

My theory is that they represent the 12 months. So this could be used to tease a release date/month. It's like the Kerbals are sending us a secret message for when the game drops.
