Awesome, thanks for the update! All we need now is the plugin to make the rocket one part to even further reduce the part count sorta like the weild plugin and ksp will be almost lag free till 0.23 =)!- 2,647 replies

I made a awesome shuttle using your engines! Thanks they really help ease the process of creating a shuttle. I made sure my center of mass was in the middle of the whole rocket itself and the thrust same. Work great and is balanced! No issues of too much power on one side. I think when you have time really make a nice detail engine but still stock looking. The model is good now no offense but i feel like it could use something or be more close to the real thing. Look at my second image below. Just an idea. Its your mod! Good job! Love it and will keep following for updates. -

I think i love you.....finally I don't need to have a crap load of struts and lag the game because the amount of struts. I will try this asap! I dont know why stock ksp isnt like this!- 2,647 replies

B9 4.0c Texture Reduction Pack (Extreme)

Yea Loading every part and keeping it in the memory is really slowing ksp down. Ksp runs nice without any mods but as soon as some mod packs go in boom. I got KW, B9, American Pack, and two other really small mods installed and Im always close to the 3.5gb limit =/ it hovers right now ay 2.9 ish even with the mod authors reduction packs. I will have to try this mod today. I feel like if ksp could have a dynamic loading system where the parts are semi loaded into the game and when you click on that part to use in the vab/sph it fully loads that part. No need to have every part in the game running and loaded at once. Then again it falls back to the Unity limitations again. =/ UNITY WHY YOU HOLD PEOPLE BACK! Lets hope next update with Unity 4.2.2 helps a lot! -

Nice! I will have to try this! Any plans for KW rocketry? That mod needs some reduction. It sucks i have to choose between my fav mods or ksp will crash. Stupid 32bit program limits. -
Its a 32bit program therefore it has a limit to the amount of allocated memory it can use. Sucks I know. I hope they can add a LAA (Large address awareness) patch to KSP to allow more memory usage if unity supports it that is. I also found a cool thing for unity that allows the use of Multicore/Muilt-threading and there was a video showing the differences with it on and off and it was quite huge! I wonder if it would be possible to add it to ksp to benefit it. It works for all platforms but it cost 50 bucks.

I would love to see a option in the advance tab of the Launcher to set ksp to automatically launch in -High priority setting. I don't know about other machines but it greatly helps me in keeping better and more solid frames. Just an idea that I would love to see to save time and not have to manually set it everytime.

64-bit version of KSP

I don't think Unity's engine supports 64bit. I do know that it doesn't support Multi-threading so we might never see a true 64bit version. Only time will tell. Don't forget that Ksp is still in its early Alpha stages so nothing is really fully optimized. -

Im getting issues with KSP not loading the Pandora Rover =( i have all the plugins installed and correctly installed the mod but it says its missing parts. -
Aries program is awesome! Don't worry about not using the lazor mod with the Aries program if you don't have it. It will still work fine just the docking camera mode will be missing from the Orion capsule. Then again you already have the mod installed ^-^

Have you guys seen this new game that is open for early access on steam? I was browsing the Armaholic website for Arma 3 adds and saw that Bohemia Interactive, the creators of Arma 3, have made their own space game where you explore mars with rovers! It looks awesome from the videos and is only ten bucks right now! It gives me some awesome ideas for ksp =P http://mars.takeonthegame.com/ I just thought some of the Simulator fans would like this game. Something else to do when your waiting for that next ksp update! Oh and i know some of the devs are Arma fans! Its where they got the Psystem for .21 idea from i guess. Arma uses the same sort of system.

I loved KW for the engines and clean design mostly. Less parts for my rockets because of the huge tanks and efficient engines. If they do update it...it will need some serious work to optimize it like B9's pack is. -
Yay! My favorite pack! <3 Amazing work on the new space center! It gave ksp that fresh look it needed! Building rockets and planes in the new hangers is awesome with the background. I feel like Im in some futuristic military hanger now or Space X building =P Props to Taveruis for his work on the pack too! Time to go play!

Didn't we have a huge update to unity 4 that was a vast performance boost for all? I remember just not the version of ksp it was. It would be cool for a 64bit version but then again they would have to comply four version of ksp. Mac, Linux, 32 win, and 64 win. Then support for each version is hard too. Adding one more to the equation with its own set of bugs. Sounds like a nightmare to me but it is nice to dream!
