  1. I'm actually rather curious. Let's see how the Great Leader's nation will fare. Though, to be fair, if their launch fails spetacularly they will just remove any evidence that they ever launched a rocket. ...which won't stop everyone else from laughing at them, of course.
  2. Funny, I'm trying to achieve supersonic flights, but my planes never break past Mach 1. I'll probably need to try a bit harder.
  3. Yes, I've seem them too. In my Duna base, I saw a really big cluster of them together. I thought they were just debris and didn't pay attention, but later I discovered I had no debris in orbit of Duna.
  4. Hey, at least you have a telescope. I don't, so I'm confined to just imagining the massive distance between me and our beloved satellite.
  5. While I understand the rest, this one makes no sense to me. What's wrong with getting craft files? Don't act like a "Stop Having Fun" guy.
  6. I'd download this, but unfortunately the only thing that interests me is Potatus' cryovolcano(though Fonso might also be an object of interest), so the RAM hit probably won't be worth it. How wide are Daphy's tectonic cracks?
  7. I would consider using Linux, but from what I heard, Windows users will have trouble adjusting to it. Which sort of puts me off.
  8. Brotoro, not sure if you know this, but 1.0 has another type of camera called "Locked". It works sort of like the Chase camera, but it completely ignores the ground, so you can pan underground harmlessy.
  9. She looks adorable and pretty... in a frightingly-creepy way. Dem Yanderes. Nice job!
  10. I'm currently swamped with female applicants. I'm planning to hire a new crew for a Laythe expedition, but I want to keep genders mostly balanced(60% men 40% women). But since there's only one gal in my ongoing Duna expedition, I might get more girls this time...
  11. YEEEAH! I have THREE rep. bars! ...but now I need pretty much 99 points for my fourth bar. Ah well.
  12. Launch Clamps like me. To the point of breaking physics and teleporting to me in an attempt to stay with me. And one time, they teleported right into the center of my ship. Which destroyed said ship. Since then, I have never used launch clamps.
  13. ...then I have only 9 rep. points left until my third rep. bar! Must... resist... asking for reputation... ...GIB REP PLOX OR I REPORT U
  14. Considering how I've been acting more jerkily lately, I'd say pretty far. What are the reputation levels needed to upgrade a level, anyway? 100 for each bar?
  15. Interesting consensus here. So I'm not alone in my opinion after all. But to clarify, when I said "rivals", I meant, like some other users stated, friendly rivals, not inimical rivals.
  16. Back in the pre-1.0 days(especially in the earliest versions), Jebediah was an iconic pilot who was revered for being the badass around all of Kerbin, thus turning him qute into the face of KSP. There was simply noone like him. But then, Valentina came along, being, too, a pilot and harbouring a pre-set badass flag, who also quickly rose to fame and got fans of her own. Despite that, the community appears to consider the two as a pair - if not romantic, then at least best friends. Am I the only one who thinks Jeb feels his reputation is in danger when Val is around? While I don't imagine the two constantly bickering, I think each would try to outdo the other to prove their "superior skillz". (And I think Jeb may have some choice words for me since Val's now my craft tester)
  17. I myself only think Jeb is overrated. Bill and Bob are fine for me. Val, she seems a bit... shoe-horned, but I still tolerate her. (Actually she's been stealing Jeb's role recently)
  18. But I'm poor... and my government's currently inflating our economy to the point of stupidity... I'm basically screwed.
  19. I like the new DunaDog! The fewer ammount of solar panels means it'll probably lag less. Can I have its craft file?
  20. I've tested this on 1.0. And so far, it works like a charm except for one VAB bug: The bottom stack node for both the beacon and jump warp parts is glitched. As in, if you attach a standard part to the underside of either warp part, it will end up a bit above the actual stack node, winding up inside the warp part. And the part you just attached will have no attach nodes by itself, any other parts you add will end up in the same glitched stack node from the warp part. There are two workarounds for this. The first, and most lengthy one involves using the Offset tool to push each part underneath others. It's tiresome, however, and thanks to this tool's imprecision, some parts will have to either stay phasing with another one, or hovering a few centimeters or millimeters between each other. The second involves taking a part that can both be added radially and in stacks, and place it radially around the warp part you're using. Then, use the first method to put it under the warp part. This new part will have working attachment nodes(assuming you didn't place it into the glitched stack node), so you can easily put other things under it.
  21. Sorry for the bump, but I'm trying to port this to Kopernicus, and I need to know the planets' exact orbits. Doesn't need to be precise, I just need the basic idea of them, but if you want to give me all the details, go ahead. And as stated above, Laythe and Minmus will look like their vanilla counterparts due to the lack of a colourmap for Laythe and a heightmap for Minmus.
