  1. Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang, this looks good! You never cease to amaze me, Upsilon!
  2. KerbalMaps has everything you need. Just to go the top right and select "Anomalies."
  3. The best one I can remember is the Sally Ride thing they did a little while back. Wouldn't it be cool if they did a KSP doodle?
  4. I read the book, and it's absolutely amazing. However, I'd need my parents' consent to watch the movie.
  5. Can this please be official merchandise? I neeeeeeeeed!
  6. Well, there are around 100 trillion galaxies. The rough average of stars in each galaxy in the universe is 100 billion. 100 trillion * 100 billion = 10 sextillion stars in Space Engine (if my names are correct ). Now, the average number of planets a star has is one, so instantly that's 20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 total celestial bodies, and adding the galaxies themselves makes 20,000,000,000,100,000,000,000,000 celestial bodies. Looking at our solar system in real life, the average number of moons around a planet is 21 moons, rounded up to be even. That equals to 210,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 moons in the universe. Now adding that to the total amount, we have 230,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 celestial bodies. Of course, that's excluding asteroids, comets, and other small objects. The probability of finding the same object is unlikely if it is uncharted territory, and that chance rapidly decreases as you travel away form Earth and the Milky Way. I like to fly through a large galaxy gigaparsecs from Earth, and I doubt anyone has ever been there.
  7. Maybe we'd actually have science in our curriculum! *snicker*
  8. No Man's Sky does look really good. It's definitely the best mix of KSP and Space Engine available. However, KSP hasn't made me turn away other games; heck, I'm playing more because of it! If it weren't for KSP, I would have never fallen in love with Space Engine and Seed of Andromeda, my two favorite games ever.
  9. Same. I trust Squad they've made a good decision going with a different company.
  10. Pessimism? I'm the total opposite! I do not believe in the theoretical complaints and the empty predictions that KSP PS4 will go wrong. My apologies, I need to explain a lot better what I'm getting at. I hate console gaming. I just don't like the competition between companies, the price of games, and the console community as a whole. I started gaming with the PC, and I don't want to play on anything else. That is why I "don't care" how the PS4 port goes; no matter what, I won't be playing it anytime soon. As such, I have no opinion over the whole matter except that I hope this does turn out for the best. I won't deny the fact that there is not enough information for a just decision. Sorry if I don't get my facts straight, I've been a bit out of the KSP community lately and I wouldn't be surprised if some stuff went under my radar.
  11. GIMP is amazing for pretty much perfect for anything.
  12. Honestly, I couldn't care less about this god dang PS4 port. It's by another company entirely and PC won't be affected. If this fails, oh well, Squad and KSP PC will be fine.
  13. What, we're not real rocket scientists?!!
  14. I think the only things that could make KSP better is high-quality terrain, full-scale planets, and interstellar scale. Of course, in that case fictional devices such as warp drives or solar sails would be necessary, but hey, this is a whole new game!
  15. I like! Definitely what I could ever draw by hand.
  16. I use Avast. Most of the time it's fine, but every now and then it decides to use almost all of my memory for a few minutes. This is occasional, though, and it's never occured while I was playing KSP, but when it does happen it's really obnoxious and slows down everything.
  17. Maybe the every person in the KSP community could chip in a buck or two and we all could set up a huge KSP room. We could play KSP DMP on NASA's computers and colonize Laythe! The possibilities are endless!
  18. I'd have to say the most "Kerbal" thing I've ever done is go crazy with happiness while sitting in a Mercury capsule recreation. No joke, the first thing I did in there was shake the interior vigorously as to simulate re-entry. I then proceeded to press every button over and over and over and over and over...
  19. They'd be one hot couple. Get it? Hot? Mkay.
  20. The weight of the fairings are absolutely absurd, and some feature that toggles/changes the clipping would make them a thousand times better.
