Hi there @hraban only recently got into this mod (I used the expansion for tantares a while ago) and really like what you've done with it :). Quick question for you, is there any reason why you chose 50% as your scale? Also on a related note I'm working on changing the parts to 64% scale (to the nearest reference diameter) for my own personal use so that it plays nicely with BDB and tantares. When I'm done with it, would you be interested if I posted for others to use?  As I said I'm doing just for my own install at the moment, but if people are interested I'd post it with your permission. 

Anyway, keep up the fantastic work!

The decision to create all Soviet, Russian, Ukrainian, Japanese, European, Chinese and Indian (oh sorry forgot the USA) rocket components on a 50% scale is based on the fact that the diameters specified by SQUAD can be reproduced completely with only 3 new standard sizes. The selected scale fits the cuddly appearance of the little kerbals. A reproduction on a scale of 64% is not possible without the creation of even more diametrical diameters.
Beale (Tantares) could not penetrate a uniform scale a year ago and so I distanced myself from his project.

Convert Contares to any scale for your personal use. On a complete conversion of the Contares mod to a different scale, i'm not interested and do not give permission for this. Would it be in my interest i would have done it.

Contares is made for Kerbals. Similarities with real parts are exclusively leanings with a serious background and an adaptation to the physical properties of the Kerbal universe.

Love your mod. One question/issue I'm having is that the included antennas don't seem to be connected to my RT network? Am I missing something or is this mod not RT compatible (not a big deal if it isn't, I can just use different antennas).

The RT settings of Contares antennas was outdated since 1.2.0 is released. If you want to create a MM patch for Contares antennas i will implement it with the next release.

Globus-5 has Ø 1.875m at the core tank and Ø 1.5m at the engine.

According to Falke-X and Kappa-4, it still needs the Globus-5 to get all four modern transport systems into the orbit.
Contares has 20 carrier rockets and at least 50 variants, excluding various boosters, on the ToDo list. Possible American patterns are not even considered. This should provide enough fun for the next 2 years. :wink:
