What do i need to download for 1.1 to work ? it says the mod requires kopernicus but that only works with 1.05.

you don't NEED kopernicus. all it does is add rings to jool. kopernicus isn't updated so you can actually delete that folder

Ok, the reason why i asked is that it doesn't seem to work for me with 1.1, i did a fresh install just to make sure it wasn't that.

Or atleast it's not showing in the menu like it used to.

Edit: Ok seems like i was using the wrong version, it works with 0.6.2

I can try and help. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Netkan is not one of my strong suites, and I should point out that your current release form is by it's very nature incompatible with netkan.

Yeahhhh.... When I had it on Kerbal Stuff they did some sorta trickery to get it all to work right but I have no clue how they did it and I don't have their netkan file to look at. If you want to try and figure it out you're more than welcome to do so :P I'd be highly appreciative

First of all, thanks for the mod, I love it!

I have a few questions though. I really like the clouds in this mod, but I don't like the textures of the cities during daytime (http://imgur.com/bbqNr1m). Is there any way to remove them?

Same goes for the aurora, I don't really like it and I'd like to remove it but I don't know how. (http://imgur.com/UmQvCVg)

I do like the textures for the citylights at night, so I'd like to keep them (http://imgur.com/nPJ1Jr3).

Is there any way to remove the daylight city textures and the auroras, but leaving the city lights as they are?

The mods I have currently installed on 1.1 are:

-DistantObject

-SVE

-KerbalEngineer

-scatterer

Thanks in advance!

Installing this exactly as told in the wiki, leads to nothing like the pictures shown. There is no atmospheric glow, and I have green, static auroras on both Duna, Eve, Kerbin and Laythe (and Jool ofc).

I'm using the ultra pack btw. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

For the daytime lights go into the SVE folder then EVE and then navigate to the city lights textures folder and delete the daytime detail texture. You can remove auroras in the same manner by going to the Atmosphere texture folder and deleting the aurora textures

The pictures in the OP are on a dated version of SVE and Scatterer. Things have changed since then and the results will not look like what they are showing. Are you sure they're static? They move slowly in general, try using time warp and looking at it and you'll see they move

If I do this all of the clouds disappear as well (http://imgur.com/a/3eDLa <-- image of my folders)

You might have to modify the config files then to remove the specific aurora layers and the detail light config. You'll have to figure that out on your own though

Thanks for the help! I'll see if I can get it to work.

Really wish I could help you with this :( I'm just really at a loss. I tested it on my Mac and it worked fine and I just tested in on OGL on Windows and it worked fine D:

What if i tried your Mac game data file? I just don't get why mine isn't working. I completely deleted all remnants of KSP and then reinstalled it. The installed sve. Still nope. So.....idk I'm at a loss.

I had to completely do a factory reset on my pc to get something to work once. And it worked.   Perhaps you could try that? Just make a back up of your important files first.

I actually deleted it after testing  My Mac is suffering from low drive space so I didn't keep it :(
