So yes that a really small radial decoupler, not released for now. This radial decoupler is for these p03 booster for Hyper Diamant launcher. Aerodynamics are thrown to the wind as well as reistence to vibrations. Somehow a Saturn IB like shape comes to mind though. Still a fantastic what if update, French would have gone very Kerbal style with their heavy rockets hadn't it been tor the Ariane program.
