  1. An easy fix would be to get a mod that adds airbrakes (Firespitter, B9) and use them. They are actually REALLY effective
  2. instead of telling us that you could just launch a small ship in sandbox without MJ and check what was the problem
  3. do you think that's gonna be anytime soon? i know you may not know the answer, but it doesn't looks like enough mods try to be compatible with DMP, even when combat mods are played the best in those.
  4. i think i do get it, however i dont find fun to try and blow each other to pieces if.... well, we cant blow each other to pieces.
  5. thanks for the info, but can you enlight me on why is it a mod issue for each player to have its own realm of their own space ships?
  6. Well, i may try with a friend to get the game with as less mods as possible besides BDA and FAR or something (i still wont trust all of my mods to work on any server) to see in the future. However, using combat mods, the thing about having your own ship still works when the other players sees it destroyed will be a main problem.
  7. No offense, but i dont like to try DMP when i have a bazillion mods for KSP. However, my main concern was about the "realms" Mostly because i thought about the idea of using say, skilful, or BDA plus the DMP for combat, but if for each person every ship has its own status (say, i destroy the aircraft of my friend, and i see it go down, but in my friend's ksp he is still flying) Then that's gonna make hard for me to do exactly that. Of course, i have no doubt there may be a solution sometime in the future, but since that's most of what i would want to do with a MP KSP mod, i would think it may be my biggest concern with it. (if the problem can be fixed at all)
  8. You see, the first idea is the basic one, to make everything just 1 simple universe, of course, there would be a lot of syncing issues mostly inside the atmosphere. The fact that instead of duping ships for each player inside the physics loading range now everything might be handled server-side. However, i had an idea about how to do on-rails warp. How about, as long as you are on rails warp, you "teleport"? When you are at X1 speed, everything is synced, but when you warp, no matter how much, faster than x1, your ships desync from the main server universe, and every time you go back to x1 warp everything syncs back again. The other players would see the player either dissapearing or just going at a time warp speed through the map, and when the warping player goes back to x1 speed, the other players will see the ship where it is after the time warp. Basically, the ships and the server syncs every time you go back to warp x1. Of course, i have no experience with the engine and i have no idea if its possible.

I am so interested in this mod, but with all due respect, i dont want to try it until things like different "realms" per player have been fixed and until the game feels more alive and more bugless. Of course, this + BDA + Kerbinside + something that allows bigger physics load distance would be..... perfect
  10. That's why things like IR, KAS and FS and RPM are priority mods to update, most mods are dependant on those.

  12. First time seeing this mod, because i seem to need it, but because TT did not uploaded it to Curse i guess he does not support this mod anymore....
  13. hey, i haven't touched this mod in a long time ago, but if i recall correctly, the mod extends the physics range of the game so that you can use guns against targets up to 100 km away, right? because i just tried this several times, but it seems to be broken in .25

  15. It woks just fine, and i also love the RPM layout, its actually alike real fighte cockpits, although as a con i have to dislike the way the winshield is placed, makes it look like a window box more than a cockpit.
  16. if it was for me id change all songs for the FTL OST. You could make also a song for when you are in an orbit without fuel and you are not in a rendezvous manouver.
  17. No, it can't be implemented, but there is a similar thing in lazor, and yes, i would love to have the same option in the cameras, that instead of just a simple green layer, the game actually uses PiP increasing brightness and switching every color to green.
  18. if you mean having nightvision and heat signature display as in your screen, romfarer lazor mods does that, if you mean having that in the cameras (ala realistic IR cameras mounted on combat aircrafts) that's not a bad idea.

  20. Am i the only one who mentioned that the SP+ cockpits lack MFDs? just wanted to point that out.
