  1. Finally, I've FINISHED. Whew... Now, Here's my Apollo Replica-Thing! Important things to note: - For the reentry, I had to turn on the "Ignore Max Temperature" cheat, but nothing else. - Whenever done boarding with a kerbal, ALWAYS right click and control the craft from the probe. - I had Kerbal Joint Reinforcement installed. Without it, it danced like it was the 1940s (The twist) ! - Quicksave often. The first time docking after the landing and re-orbit, Niel was flung off due to phantom forces, you know KSP. - I left the album to a reasonable 35, as I originally took around 200 Download Here Oh, Psh, the KSP community is pretty big, I wouldn't care. Each person has their own version, with their own advantages and flaws. There are 140,000+ members, and everyone should be welcome to everything!
  2. Oh, I'm working on a small(ish) Apollo Rocket, but can carry the same amount of crew as a 2.5m capsule. The first 2 stages can get into an 80km orbit, the Transfer stage has way too much fuel, and I still need to test the lander. I'll post it here when I'm done.
  3. Well, I did say Every living being has a slightly different visible spectrum, so we literally see different things. Also, the frequency of light is the same for all. News Flash: Scientists are now banned from philosophy
  4. I'd be happy if I was immortal. Even though I'd see family and friends dying as I don't age, I'd get over it: I have forever(Well, A really long time, at least). There are so many things that I want to do: Become an aerospace engineer(Many of the components of it), quantum physicist, cartoonist, animator, but can only choose one to keep things simple. (And get anything done) Having eternity to do everything would be great! (Assuming that I would be biologically immortal while still obeying the laws of physics)
  5. All people learned the first colour as red. Even if another person may see it in another colour, they still know it as "red". Besides, any creature with eyes has a slightly dissimilar visible spectrum compared to the next. SCIENCE: Ruining everything since 1543
  6. That's a shame: my computer has a bad CPU and GPU(just a low-range i3, 1.7ghz), so I won't be able to play KSP as well anyore. The 64 bit was much more stable for me than the 32 bit... Any suggestions for optimization?
  7. 42... 42... 42! Coincidence? And naw, I wouldn't take a lightspeed journey across the solar system. 1. I'd be frozen due to relativity 2. I'd have infinite momentum, and therefore infinite mass. A black hole would be created that's destroy the whole universe (due to relativity).
  8. Well, not necessarily a spacecraft, but I think it's close enough: Tis of my own design! (And It actually glides!) I made it out of a few dozen toothpicks, 3 sheets of A4, and one popsicle stick. (Not to mention a paper clamp for a nose counterweight)I 'm actually quite sure that the glue and tape makes up a sizable portion of its mass
  9. Can't it be all of them? Oh, and 42. Never forget about 42. 42 is love, 42 is life.
  10. From what you say about your experience, you should make an SSTO to go there! I tried going to Jool with one and an interplanetary module. I failed. I ran out of fuel... But, that was actually my first less-cheaty interplanetary mission! Damn, I always get off track...
  11. Something like that actually occured at Niagara Falls. The mist froze, and became this strange structure. BTW, here (I'm paraphrasing): "We were able to beat Terminator six times" - Sarah Connor No, It was infinite times. How would you even keep count? If one minor change was made in any iteration, it would affect you everywhen. Aaaaaannnnnddd just Terminator in general. (Come on, there's paradoxes, scientific inaccuracies, logical failures. You have to know what I mean)
  12. I -ly love it! BTW, you must add an optional sidecar.
  13. I had a similar problem with one of my craft. As it turns out, the probe core was facing the wrong way
  14. n a different, but similar note: as a kerbal, my skin colour would be #5MT455 (Oops, I used HTML)

    Roblox

Meh. I used to play it all the time from around... Uh, 2008, maybe? I really stopped because I grew bored of it. Then, I met Minecraft. I played it all the time 'till around 2013, and I found the love of my life; KSP.
  16. Oh. My. Kraken. Total material cost? Build time? Knowledge of computer engineering?
  17. Yowza! Here, have a cookie. Fine, I'll give rep instead...
  18. Oh, I know! When fuselages were made completely out of smaller parts, and all looked different. ♪Those were the days my friend, I thought they'd never end. Those were the days, oh yes those were the days.♪
  19. How difficult was that for you to build? It must have been quite... (•_•) ( •_•)>âŒÂâ– -â– (âŒÂâ– _â– ) Trekky... YYYYEEAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!

    2d fps?

Well, Technically, yes. but, that's a 2D world from our perspective. A 2D world from a 2D perspective would be that, just expand it horizontally so it takes up the whole image. This is because the 2D creature wouldn't be able to see in 2D: it only sees in 1D (line, that's its entire FoV). We as 3D beings, can only see in 2D. Yes, we "experience" it in 3D but the depth we perceive visually is only because of our 2 eyes. Like a modern television can't truly display 3d images. We see it as 3D because of 2 images overlapping, and the brain processes those 2 images to give us depth perception.
  21. I try focusing along SSTOs. It makes it quite a bit more difficult. Plus, because of that, the farthest I made it was Minmus. And I have around 350 hours as well! I really need to make more rockets though(and go to other celestial bodies). The reason I have 350 hours is mainly because of the long loading times, extreme lag, and lots of reverting. Not to mention my hours spent on crafts that never even made it out of the VAB and SPH. I got off topic didn't I?
  22. No... It's following me... It's every where I go! Aaaaaahhhhhhh- Not more frozen... D:
  23. Try copying your quicksave file into another folder for a backup. Delete the old "persistent" file, paste your quicksave file and rename it "persistent.sfs".
