This is very nice, and that cockpit design is sweet! Here is one @klond and I built recently

Seahorse Exploration This craft was introduced in early February and has been through a lot of Bridge Construction. The plan was to release it with the Camelback Bridge Set but the Bridge was completed as a land project, then the Seahorse became a great craft for constructing a Cantilever Bridge but eventually it was determined that these structures are not design to handle the physics of the game. I noticed near the location where the Cantilever Bridge was being built there was a beautiful underwater view of the Coastline with a steep drop and it made me think if I could visit this area with a Submarine it would be neat, this stirred up an idea of an Exploration Vehicle ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle). This is when I decided to add Sherlock & Watson to the Project. Operations: I recommend using full throttle and using the Action Groups for controlling Seahorse, at takeoff you will be facing the rear of the Runway as you near the coastline hit AG2 and this will reverse all engines and hit the brakes to reduce your speed. Enter the water near 20 m/s or under and under is better not to damage the ROV's. Pressing AG2 again when in the water will get you back to forward motion. AG3 will make a turn to Port (Left) AG4 will turn to Starboard (Right).AG5 will move you sideways to the Port and AG6 will move you sideways to the Starboard. AG6,7,8,9 are all lights and AG0 is all Door ways. Watson Operations: Keep in mind this is not an Aircaft and handling is not good in the air, landing is extremely hard if even possible not sure I haven't landed it yet. Note: Control from the Coupler on top the craft. I've built some in the past, they are very fun and challenging! -
Your welcome, I do like challenges and designing for specific roles too. The next challenge might be that shuttle craft I mentioned, if I am not satisfied with the one I build I will come knocking on your door although this will be a long time from now, I have a lot of projects I would like to finish, this one is a long term project that I go back to periodically when I get burned out from designing and constructing other projects. This was fun and I will add more up dates on this refueling at a later date, thanks again!

The First Fuel Run with the Borr @Thor Wotansen I knew before takeoff that this would be a radical docking with the Station and decided not to modify your craft. As I said in the OP I was arriving with about 5,000 LF and was looking for double or better and I just arrived with 3x the LF, last I remember was 16,000 LF Wow very impressive Mr. Thor Wotansen! and done with an SSTO another Wow! I wasted lots of Ox and I think the LF amount could be even higher after making better rendezvous. Thanks again for your time answering the request, this Borr Craft foots the bill! Coming Down on Omega 7 The lighting wasn't good, I might modify the Station, lights on the craft would be nice too The Borr looks huge docked to the Station! Special Note: If anyone else would like to meet this challenge I will gladly do this again for your craft, but please meet all the requirements and test your craft as Mr. Thor Wotansen did.
-
I have to admit I took a few practice runs but hey it's looking great! I am usually not too good a pilot when it comes to an SSTO. Right now I am in a close Orbit with the Station and I still have 21,000 LF and 10,000 Ox. I will give more updates when I can. I use to do Burn Outs with my car and now I do it with Space Craft Caught the Mun on the Horizon! Borr in Orbit with Omega 7 You can get your Borr SSTO Here!

Thanks man! going make a few refuel missions with it now, I will let you know how it goes.

P-51? -
I mostly use Thruster Blocks and Vernor Engines when docking in space, there are a few Engines to choose from but these have been my favorites at the moment
-
Here is the big picture I am now at this Obrit, and currently have 25,000 LF and 22,000 Ox, Omega 7 can hold 128,000 Ox and 105,000 LF. I don't know if I will completely fuel up before attempting to go into an Orbit at Duna or not. I would like suggestions on where to Obrit as a Midway Fuel Station to Eeloo. I would also like to have a shuttle craft with the ability to land on a planet or moon, drill for Ore and refuel the Station as needed so whatever planet or moon it will Orbit it will need to have Ore. This is the goal for now. Man this will be really cool doing this SSTO style! I've been launching from the pad.
-
I can make an adapter if you have something that will meet the specs I've been giving. Yes this would be the ticket!.........controllable and the ability to dock with the Station The more I am thinking about this, I could bring the Station into a lower Orbit now that I have some fuel to do it, this will help but I like the higher time warp speeds. I am thinking about 125m?
-
I was just looking at the craft I am using now with the amount of fuel I am arriving with and it's near 100t, I should have mentioned this in the OP. So I guess I would be looking for something to double this or better than double and not sure if this is even doable.
-
I don't see any controls that will allow me to dock with another craft, I only see docking ports, I would prefer a ready to go craft and launcher. Thank you for the suggestion.
-
Ok here is a first for me, I am looking for a refuel craft and guessing this is the best place to ask sense we will be exchanging craft here. I modified my Space Tech Craft and arriving at my Omega 7 Space Station with about 5,000 Liquid Fuel and 6,000 Oxidizer with each trip. The Station is sitting at an altitude of about 205,000 M. I still need plenty of fuel and would like to reduce my trips. If anyone has a craft that could possibly reduce my trips please share it with me here or if you know someone that may have what I am looking for let me know. Keep in mind this craft must be able to dock with a Clamp O Tron or anything that will adapt to it. Also would like it in Version 1.2.2 all stock please if possible. Note: Version 1.3 craft will be ok also

NO Plug in the Wall, NO KSP?
Castille7 replied to Castille7's topic in KSP1 Technical Support (PC, unmodded installs)
Aaah! this would explain it! Ok this would be a good case of ignorance I will have to agree with this. Thank you for the Laptop Gaming 101 lesson here! Yes I do believe this is what is happening, thank you for the help!! -
It seems that every time I unplug my Laptop I can not play KSP, is this intended, did Squad design the game not to be played without a connection of some kind? Maybe I am ignorant about something here but it's no fun not being able to play KSP without my Laptop being plugged in the wall. A thunderstorm is passing so I unplugged from the wall and a few seconds later FREEZE FRAME! Not once not twice but every time I've tried this in every Version. Is this happening just to me?

The Rage Runner is an Offshore Oilfield Transportation Vessel AKA a Crewboat. This craft build would need so much more detail to be an actual replica of a crewboat. This is similar to one I operated when working as a Captain Offshore during the 80's & 90's, it was named the Mr. Blake. You can see it here with details and here is a Video of other Vessels for the same company as the Mr. Blake. The name Rage Runner got it's name from the often times I was unhappy about how Companies handle their business with these Vessels, including Coast Guard Regulations. More here

Battle Axe Update 4.29.17 Testing Weapons, with a name like Battle Axe I should have weapons! I am using an old technique that I once saw @Cupcake... use on an old VTOL craft he built which was some amazing craft and video. Not sure who came up with these little rockets (Speratrons) attached to a Coupling but they work very nice, I used them once on my F14 named Rapid Fire and now on this craft. Warning! (This Animation is a little jerky and could cause nausea) -

The Cantilever Bridge Project (Land Based) This will be a new beginning for the Cantilever Bridge, the first project was planned to cross water and this is not working with the physics of the game for this type structure. The new location will be here in the picture below. The project will be much the same, a construction on sight with updates of progress, fall backs, mishaps and even throw in the towel!..... Ok there will not be any towel throwing we will deliver some kind of Bridge when it's all said and done. My joint project partner @klond wasn't in the action until recently when I needed some Equipment for this Mega Structure, I needed a Crane or Lifting Unit and his Elevator seem to be the tool of choice. The Elevator was working great but it needed a braking system to hold the Lift in place, I tried a few ideas and nothing was working so I went to the OEM and sure enough Klond Technologies Group came through! Ok that's just something I came up with and thought it suits him (Klond Technologies Group) hope he don't mind me throwing that out there . Plan B is to jump over the Administration Building, this could have been done a few ways that could have been much easier but wheres the fun in that? The pictures will show where we are in the project thus far. First Assembly, the Bridge Entrance (Hey it needs to look good at night too!) Next Assembly, measure the height needed to be reached Next Assembly, the Center Section and how to get it on top of the Building Rocketry of course! Nothing like a VTOL Bridge (Man that smoke is looking better everyday!!) Ok that's becoming too much clutter on the thread, see the rest here -

Seahorse Update 4.26.17 Seahorse has been long over due for release as are a few of my craft because some Bridge building that was not working for me. I was hoping to reach an Island with a Bridge and this took Months to realize it's not going to be happening in KSP yet.......I hope! I intended to release a few Water Craft with the completion of the Camelback Bridge but the Bridge never was completed over water. Hopefully one day these type Bridges can be built with stock parts and reduced physics damage. Seahorse will be released as Seahorse Exploration, it will have these two ROV's as part of the craft, I will also release them separately for those who prefer small craft. Watson Sherlock will have a more useful forward view, here is an underwater view Flying is ok and considering landing gear at the moment -

At the moment I am working on the completion of Seahorse which will be released as Seahorse Exploration, it will sport two ROV's. Also planning to finish the Cantilever Bridge which will be another land base Bridge. As you know I often began other little projects between larger projects and the latest small craft I am working on are the Mini SR-71 and now this one.
