  1. Wow, that's weird! I don't do anything special with water, so it is likely a KSP issue of some sort.
  2. Uh, yeah... that's a bug, the Wagon shouldn't allow attached parts. Can't use the new version? Grizzly is still there..
  3. Actually, I have a part in mind similar to the Wagon that is a "camper shell." Once expanded, you can use it as a lab, workshop, and several Pathfinder templates if installed.
  4. Get 0.9.28 here! 0.9.28 The Doc and Spyglass finally get their IVAs! Just two more to go, then Pathfinder will finally be 1.0 complete! New Parts - Added the Buffalo ISRU, built from the stock mini ISRU. It has several configurations to choose from. - Added the Flex Fuel Power Pack. The Power Pack is a 2U part that has solar panels and also a generator that can burn Ore, MonoPropellant, or LiquidFuel & Oxidizer. Power output varies depending upon the configuration. IVAs - Added IVA to the Doc Science Lab. - Added IVA to the Spyglass. Tundra & Wagon Parts - The Tundra 200 and 400, as well as the Wagon, can now become a resource distributor or consumer. As a distributor, the storage part shares its resources. As a consumer, it fills its resources from the distribution system until full. Hacienda - Added an industrial greenhouse template to the Hacienda, because pandas chew through a lot of bamboo. Thanks for the idea, @TheReadPanda! Contracts - Added a first stab at contracts for the Ponderosa, Casa, Hacienda, Conestoga, Chuckwagon, and Doc. Bug Fixes - Fixed an issue where converters weren't benefiting from research projects in the geology lab.
  5. I tried the wing and didn't have troubles. I was sure to switch fuel type over and then switch the engine mode and both worked. Meanwhile... Get 0.3.0 here! 0.3.0 New Parts - Added the Buffalo ISRU. It has several configurations to choose from. It is based upon the stock Mini ISRU. - Added the Flex Fuel Power Pack. The Power Pack is a 2U part that has solar panels and also a generator that can burn Ore, MonoPropellant, or LiquidFuel & Oxidizer. Power output varies depending upon the configuration.
  6. Lol, I really don't like making IVAs, but I'll be glad when they're done. Really helps give the mod life. But once I get them all done I can get going on the end-game 3D printed parts. That sounds like a like a cool idea. The new Spyglass IVA should catch the part up with your latest EL release.
  7. IVA work for this release: DONE! One more part to do and then the next version of Pathfinder is good to go.
  8. Currently I am working on what I call "Core Complete" for Pathfinder and MOLE. I don't expect to continue working on DSEV until sometime after KSP 1.2 is out. I have a lot to do... The engine requires electric charge to start. You can provide that through a fusion reactor. Once fully charged you start the engine. Once started, it burns a small amount of FusionPellets while idle/running. After the engine is warmed up, you can use the engine normally. Also, fuel lines are your friend.
  9. Yay! Thanks for letting me know. I've made more progress on the Doc Science Lab, the basic set design is almost done. I have some props to make, and with luck I'll have it done later this week. I might do the Spyglass IVA too before the next release, we'll see.
  10. Well, if Sarge were instead a Trek Sargint, would he be a Trekkie? I guess that would be more Air Service enlisted though...
  11. Might also consider that the CactEye was built with various cameras in mind. You could have the main telescopes and have different cameras for infrared, xrays, and so on. If you look at one of RubberDucky's, he had that idea in mind..
  12. Nice to see the MOLE in use. You can load science experiments on the ground (VAB/SPH) into the Coach as well as the MOLE lab itself. In orbit, you can transfer the science experiments from the Coach into the MOLE, or vice versa once you are ready to bring the science home. Here is a training video that might help: That should keep your Boffins busy.. Also, interesting setup you have for Kerbin, are there other planets in your solar system like what you have set up?
  13. Have you tried animating the collider? Maybe scale it to be small when the wheel retracts.
  14. It will be making a comeback along with instructions to tweak those collider settings, and a new part: the Buffalo ISRU.
  15. With my 3D part printing experiments done for now, I'm working on the next batch of updates for Pathfinder. @TheReadPanda might like this one: And, I'm working on the Doc IVA. The module is slightly redesigned, but it still looks nice:
  16. Neither WBT nor Buffalo does anything to solar panels. I just use the stock ModuleDeployableSolarPanel. I see that you have quite a few mods such as Near Future Electric. What makes you think it's a Buffalo/WBT issue? Your log is also filled with this: [EXC 22:56:31.968] NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object ModuleControlSurface.CtrlSurfaceEditorUpdate (Vector3 CoM) ModuleControlSurface.LateUpdate () Neither WBT nor Buffalo has a control surface, either. Given the large number of mods you have installed, I think it's something else.
  17. Looks like the Karibou has Mountain Goat wheels, too. Definitely saving that for reference. It will be awhile before I get the printed base parts into the game; right now I'm just working out the coding needed to spawn parts and attach them. Once that's done, I have a few new parts to create. Definitely making progress though!
  18. Lol! Btw, how does KIS calculate how far to position a part when attaching it to a node on another part?
  19. @IgorZ My initial attempts to create a part and couple it to another part have been met with some rather amusing results: I can successfully create and automatically couple the part like so: This is of course experimental test code. Anyway, the expansion part is created and attached to the "createdPart" but I think the location is off. Not sure how KIS figured out how to attach a part to a stack node with the correct distance between them. If I can figure that out, then that's a significant piece of the puzzle.
