  1. Yeah they are all there EDIT: I figured it out. Got it working now. Apparently icons should not be converted to .dds
  2. I was trying out your mod for the first time today, but I couldn't get it to work. When clicking open workbench the log was flooded with errors. Link to log
  3. You should probably update KAS then. The current version is 5.3
  4. I have used both methods successfully. Also, using right click, you don't have to hold the button down. Just right click in parts list, drag to inventory, and click in inventory.
  5. If you mean stock struts, no, it is not possible. You would need to use the struts from KAS.
  6. Just to clarify this, you need to HOLD "X" to use the equipped tool.
  7. Please provide more information if you are reporting a bug. Give more detailed reproduction steps including what parts you are using, your output_log.txt(windows) or player.log(Mac and Linux). Your quoted post above came off as complaining not a bug report, so I understand why v8jester post as he did.
  8. I have added this mod to KerbalStuff and marked it as available to CKAN. @Khatharr, I added you to the authors list so you can edit it also. Edit: I completely missed that you have posted a new version. I will upload the newest shortly. If anyone else wants to help maintain let me know and I will add you to the list on kerbal stuff
  9. This has been an issue since 1.0 came out. I have been having the same issue.
  10. Ok full instructions: 1) open inventory 2) right click screwdriver and click equip 3) hold x and left click part where you want it
  11. You have to hold x then left click where you want to attach the part
  12. Inigma, you mentioned that you were working on space station subassemblies; if you would like, I can send you a few I have been working on.
  13. When you say spanner are you talking about the wrench? Your first post said you hit x, but did you hold it down?
  14. Yes I read them, but I don't always see or remember everything; which is the reason I asked where it was. After re-reading the notes I did see the above mentioned quote. I also found this: You are right, it is a game. It is a game that uses a semi-realistic simulation of physics; therefore when you ask a question about why something happens in game, you will get answers that relate to real life physics.
  15. I have a question for you? When was the statement about Eve made? For an in-game explanation for why the heatshield fails with ablator left, the ablator is used at a constant rate, your re-entry is generating more heat than the ablator can dissipate, excess heat builds in the heatshield, heatshield is destroyed.
  16. I'm not really inclined to start a new thread for this, as I can only recompile this against the current version. For right now, I don't have the time or coding skills to maintain this mod properly. Hopefully, someone who does will come along and take over.
  17. The plug and unplug options are for connecting winches.
  18. This is all in the user guide for KIS. First, right click the kerbal and open the inventory screen. To detach parts, press and hold "G", then click and hold on the part to be detached. Drag the part to the inventory screen and release the mouse button. To attach parts, click and hold on the part in the inventory. Drag the part out of the inventory screen and release. Position the part on the vessel then press and hold "X" and click to attach. Note: The part may not fit in the kerbal's inventory. In that case you will need a container. For the winches, the basic winch head needs a connector port installed. The other option is to have a magnet or grappling hook installed.
  19. Fix that for you. Also, could be the wrong version of KIS
  20. Did you update KAS also? It got an update today too.
