If you have issues with software calling home (aka gathering analytics) then use a decent firewall. log outbound calls and block them. Or use a VM with net access to use for application that need access (mail and web comes to mind). It's not that hard.

Communication Sat orbits

Don't forget to make sure it has some ordinary antenna too. Even the one in the chosen probe core often is enough. -
Communication Sat orbits

When it comes to comsat orbits then Resonant Orbit Calculator comes to mind. One launch, 3 sats, minimal fuss -
True, but they stick to the principle, usability be damned

For an engineer yes, for a mathematician it would be heresy

can you ending support windows xp and vista
Curveball Anders replied to svcino's topic in KSP1 Discussion
Given that MS ends security updates for win7 in a couple months it would be moronic to continue to support it (or earlier) for any software. The term Typhoid Mary applies to computer security too. -
Voxels maps only add useless increased load on a space game.

Interacting on the forum I think. -

EvE with it's current setup is super strategic since more or less everyone has to be at the right system in time (and them TiDi kicks in dropping the speed to 1/10). And while gates and jumps cover light years in seconds, the logistics is a nightmare (or a thrill if you like that). -

Multiplayer cooperative adventures

I can see that point of view too. But I can't see any reason to add conflict (besides our common conflict against physics) to the mix. If you want to experience armed conflict, join the functions of your society that are dedicated to that. -
Just do it at night.

Those two words simply doesn't go together in my book. -
Don't need the entire KIS/KAS for that, already EVA Struts and EVA Fuel Pipes from DMagics Modlets makes them as critical in the game as we are in RL

I still call them Kesos

I hade two Kerbals (Sci/Eng) on a short Rover mission on Kerbal. Since it was on Kerbal I had them remove helmets and neck rings. After that mission I sent them on another Rover mission, this time to the Mün. They did take off in their commands seat, shielded by a fairing, but died due to the fact that they hadn't put their helmets back on after the first mission. Just FYI, Ladies'n'Gents'n'Others

Then I'd advice to upgrade that RAM, unless it's soldered. Each upgrade actually works better, ever on potato grade computers, if you turn all settings down, and show some restraint and patience. I've played KSP, with some success, on similar hardware. For instance, my laptop basically can't render the surface of kerbin or mun (minmus is fine, ish), so I have to fiddle with the cam or go and get myself a nice cuppa). But the hard limit is RAM.

Hmm BG adds Turboshaft rotors.... Now how about some axels, diffs and wheels? Ok, I do consider swashplates more needed, but a Turboshaft Roadster? (I did participate in Action for Climate today, but I can still like the smell of burning jetfuel in a game...)

Pedal through the metal ... Now that's hardcore.

It would be interesting to know if the people who have so strong opinions about the pros and cons of Unity vs engine-X vs home brew actually have participated in creating a game using any of those. Because there's a lot of opinions floating around the Interwebs but much of it appears to be based on the opinions of others who are based on the opinions of others and very little that is based on first hand experiences.
