  1. These look perfect! Great work Sigma! Also, OPM 1.6 has been released, which adds moons to Urlum. I think you'll need to update the tilted Urlum packages so that they have the moons orbiting inline with the tilt.
  2. Why? I'd not care about the file size, at all. (Well, unless it's like 5 GB, but that's stupidly unlikely) So I don't really get why you'd want them to be less accurate for the sake of memory. And I didn't even notice that they didn't have bump maps in the video you did that's on the first post.
  3. Well, uh... I'm not sure about that. It would have to be stupidly tiny, and I think PQS would just essentially be messed up so badly that it would crash the game. (In other words, KSP wasn't made for super-duper tiny little bodies)
  4. Well, there is 2 programs I've found for KSP which can sort of do that, KSP Trajectory Optimization Tool and Flyby Finder for KSP. They are both completely great software, yes indeed, but they only have the regular KSP planets, and I don't know if you can add more planets to them. Have you used any of these programs? And if you do, is there a way to add more planets?

(By the way, sorry to be sort of unrelated, but I noticed in your Google Docs mod page that your KopernicusTech mods are no longer there. Are you no longer working on them? Please don't tell me that... (I really like your KopernicusTech mods! Especially OuterPlanetsPlus!))
  6. Okay, so that's how much DV I'll need (I'll carry at least 3 km/s DV to be on the safe side), so what are the phase angles exactly? (Give me some numbers here, if you can)
  7. I'm completely fine with course corrections, and how much do you expect course corrections to cost? (And by the way, I managed one time to get 5 km/s into a small RCS powered probe, so I don't think there will be any problem with getting enough DV)

  9. Does anyone know what the planetary alignment (Relative to Kerbin) has to be for a Kerbin-Jool-Sarnus-Urlum-Neidon Voyager style flyby "string" trajectory?
  10. Yukon0009, good idea, but I was thinking something like a Kraun/Kuiper Belt Object, like Eeloo. But, I guess I could do a Sedna analog. Drakoflame, there already is one. It's Comet Zem-Po.
  11. 1.3 is out! YEAH!!! It adds the "Super Moho", called Infen. It's ridiculously close to Kerbol, and combined with it being the size of Bop, it'll be a REAL challenge to get to. So, what do you guys have for ideas on the next minor body?

  16. Interesting, I like it! Though, I was expecting you to do a Jool flyby, like in the 2001: A Space Odyssey novel (Which I'm currently reading, BTW), but I guess whatever's more efficent is better.

  18. I think something like that would be good, with the download containing the original textures, but there also be another download which has the 2K textures.
  19. I for some reason made the Prominatus texture originally with 1K textures, which is 1/4 of the resolution of the stock KSP terrestrial planets and 1/2 the resolution of Jool. Here's the Prominatus texture: https://www./?yjq12h82g3g1qzo

So, I've been thinking about remaking the bodies in this with 2K textures (The textures have 2x the resolution than they currently have), instead of the 1K textures that I originally made them with. That would make them look better, but since I didn't "Bookmark" the bodies I used in SpaceEngine, I'll have to find new ones, and they may not look much like the original ones I found. And I really like how Berdim looks. So, should I remake the textures?

  22. Well, this for the old version of Kopernicus, actually even BEFORE _Augustus_ revived it by using RSS to do PQS, so it is REALLY incompatible with the current version of KoperncisuTech. But, if you really want, I still have it's files on my computer, so I can upload them and put a downlaod link.
  23. I really like this! Though, I'd prefer if you made "GP3" The massive super terrestrial planet that NovaSilisko described, 6 Gs, 30 atm pressures and such. (By the way, please remove the #0 from the Imgur Album in the first post! It'll make it look better)
  24. I'm not developing this anymore. I have, however, made another KopernicusTech mod, Minor Bodies.
  25. Also, I remember asking you if you were going to do a Jool gravity assist on the way to Sarnus and you said yes (I think), are you going to actually do that?
