You don't always need to build in orbit. A few tips: -Give it more dV. 10k dV is pretty good. -Design as light as possible. Avoid having too many useless bits and bobs on your ship.

It's hard to do that in TF2, you're better off doing it in SFM or Gmod. I think the models for TFC are in Gmod.

For whoever made the first chopper, it may be hard to track down but the first heli with separate rotors i.e. not a flying rotor may go to MeticulousMitch who made helis back in 0.18.
