    Unfortunately when I tried that it failed, beside this version looks better. Also, opens fine even on slopes.

    It's teh version without the ports, works fine.

    Nope, there's no hinge in mine, it's pushed out by radial decouplers and Sepatrons, and because the decouplers push it out a little too far, the Sepatrons push it back in. Opening sucess rate on launchpad is close to 100%

    About time I released this, been in the workshop since 1.0 came out. It can jump even on Kerbin gravity, but very hard to control. Download if someone wants it.
