I sent kerbals who had been in my minmus base for a year straight into my outgoing duna base with no shore leave for no reason other than because I could and because I'm too cheap to hire more kerbals.

My farthest return mission is Duna, but I have sent kerbals as far as laythe, but they never got the chance to come home . I also have sent a one-way probe to Moho

Eve is a piece of high gravity cake if you do not plan on returning, Duna only takes around 2k more delta-v than a Mun Attempt

Air breathing engines (as well as RAPIERs in rocket mode) drain fuel evenly from all tanks, regardless of crossfeed or staging. What this means is that you don't need any fuel lines anywhere ever and that fuel will drain from your payload if you have any, so be sure to lock your payload fuel before launch! Also if you are having trouble landing if you land on the field next to KSC, you get 98% recovery for a much much easier landing.
