Here's a replacement:

Absolutely amazing! You have a good mix of character dialogue and narration going on, as well as truly impressive work to show.
I can't wait to see the next chapter!

Changed. I would have suggested "Rythsom" like "Rhythm".
Ah, that is a good suggestion. I'll probably use it if I happen to create an account on another website in the future.
Anyway, thank you!

That first stage reentry cam footage was quite something! I wish to see more of that in future launches.
Also, congrats on landing another stage, SpaceX!
-
May I have my name changed to "Rithsom"? The lack of a vowel in the first syllable has annoyed me for quite some time.
-
I don't see the problem. Simply make the downloads only accessible to those who bought the game.
-
Either of the flag poles. When flying aircraft I often clip a wing on them and crash.

The fact that he thinks the game is free should be enough for even a conspiracy theorist to disregard what he has to say.
-
Very neat! I might have a go at making one of these now.
-
It looks very good! I especially like how you did the large wheels; they look much better than rover wheels do in such a configuration.
-
For the Windows version (I don't know if the OSX or Linux installs are any different), it should be in the KSP_win folder, along with the 32 bit version. Simply run the KSP _x64 application to play it.
-
It's finally here! Two things I'm very impressed with are the wheel mechanics, which make for much more realistic rover handling now; and the UI overhaul, which looks more crisp than before. I haven't tested the performance improvements yet, and I'm not expecting to be let down!

The new Mk2 Inline Cockpit seems to have small corridors to the lower left and right of where the Kerbals sit. I'd expect the Mk3 Cockpit to have similar features, especially since it's so big.
This is what I'm referring to:

Luckily most of my strong feelings have worn out since the open beta was first announced, but I still feel left out. Would it be asking for too much for Squad to give everyone prerelease access in the future?

Super sweet build Rthsom! I can't quit looking at all the details, even the whistles blow!
Thanks! It's a bit unfortunate that they don't actually make noise, so the jet engine's whistle-like sound will have to do.

1.1 includes a few new parts, but the most important changes would be those that improve existing things in the game, such as the performance and UI overhauls. See the changelog here:

Here in northern Illinois it was snowing this morning, briefly stopped, and then started snowing again. I thought winter was over...
-
I don't remember much on how we all felt that day, but I remember enough to know that the update came out on April Fools.

Awesome! This might be the best hype train replica yet!

Nice! How did you make the text on the side though? Wait.... are those drogue chutes?
Yes they are.

We're slowly but surely getting closer to Release Station! Choo choo!

With 1.1's release approaching, I figured I should build another hype train. I made my first one back in 0.24, with the intention of it being a replica. This new one, named the InterRelease Express, isn't meant to be a replica of the Gresley A3 that we're currently riding in. However, it does have more bells and whistles than that first one did (literally). It also includes ROUND-8 fuel in the tender, chutes packed on the tender (perfect for slowing down at Release Station), and a cowcatcher.
While it does have the ability to drive around, the InterRelease Express is mostly for looks. The train requires careful driving due to its top-heaviness. The explosions are quite spectacular when it does tip over, however.

Enjoy, and hype!

I might as well make a random post to help speed up this thread a bit.
HYYYYYYYYYYPE!

The number of posts in this thread has pretty much doubled since Friday. I'm starting to wonder if the post count will exceed what it was in the 1.0 Hype Train thread.
The Kerbal Franchise - Other "Kerbal ____" Games
in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
Posted · Edited by Rithsom
What I feel should be done before Squad decides to develop any other Kerbal-themed games would be that they create a little more background on the Kerbals. What I've wondered about the most are the following:
Cities don't exist on Kerbin because of the hit they would take on performance, but if they did exist, how would they look?
How would Kerbin's landscape really look? Currently, we only see low-res, repetitive ground scatter and a homogeneous-textured surface for terrain.
How do animals look? I remember seeing a kraken-like creature in one of the official animations; how about showing more species?
