  3. Welcome to the KSP Forums! Look around the forums, there are a number of posts tagged with [Challenge] in the title where people have set some criteria for a mission like challenge. Happy Launching! Arrr! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  4. [gmod]Yup, we're done here. The issue of KSP and DRM has been made very clear by HarvesteR and Squad. As far as that issue goes, it's done for.>br> If you wish to discuss the pros and cons of DRM, please take it somewhere more appropriate.[/gmod] Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  5. [gmod]This topic is going downhill fast. Clean it up yourselves or I will.[/gmod] Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  6. Oh man... you\'ve gone and done it now. Over that rise there... right where the lights are coming from... That\'s where 20th Century Fox has it\'s fake moon landing stage. Oops. I\'ve said too much. I\'ll... I\'ll be g*DISCONNECT*
  7. If all you are doing is making a backup and storing off-site, they shouldn\'t have any issues with being scratched. The kind of wear and tear that will take out a DVD is usually limited to people not using proper storage to begin with. Tossing your discs in to a drawer or in bulk on a spindle isn\'t exactly the way to keep them. Arrr! Capt\'n Skunky

  9. That\'s 9 dual layer DVDs. I\'d burn a set and store offline in a non-magnetic format. Never know when we\'re gonna get hit with a massive EMP. Arrr! Capt\'n Skunky
  10. I usually try changing the camera angle to make sure the attachment point is positioned so there is nothing behind it. Failing that, it\'s possible to build a temporary stand off with some form of side attachment, build an assembly on that, then disconnect it and set it aside, detach the stand off parts, then attach the assembly in position. 11. Interesting, this also applies to Moderating. ;P Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager

  13. Just to make sure I have this correct... You were sent a new Store password by support and it works in the Store, but not in the Patcher? Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager

  18. I thought East Germany no longer existed. ;P Seriously though, why aren\'t you allowed to walk into a store and buy a gift card? Arrr! Capt\'n Skunky
  19. 1. You don\'t need a PayPal account. PayPal is just the payment processor. 2. Just go buy a Visa/MC gift card. Most drugstores and grocery stores sell them. No need to go through some complicated trade procedure. Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  20. [gmod]Please do not post duplicates of this topic in multiple places. The other post as been removed.[/gmod] Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  21. Login to the Store. Go to your profile and change your password to something very simple temporarily instead of the password reset feature. Run the patcher directly from the KSP folder and attempt to patch. If that doesn\'t work, you will need to contact support as there is little we can do here on the forums to support Store issues. Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  22. When you purchased KSP, you were asked to create a login and password. You need to use that login and password in the patcher, not your forum login/pwd. Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  23. Are you using your Store login and password and not your Forum login and password. They are two different systems. Also, is your password simple alphanumeric characters only? The patcher doesn\'t seem to like anything except the 26 letters of the English alphabet and digits. Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
  24. It\'s not possible to rotate parts in-game currently. This is likely a feature planned to be added in the future. Cheers! Capt\'n Skunky KSP Community Manager
