  1. I don't understand this debate, it is not the mod author's competence to dictate what tool the user uses or doesn't use to install their mods.

  7. github has bandwith limits iirc, it's not a proper alternative, ckan has had issues iirc.

  9. I'm helping out running the spacedock site, even though the name will be changed from spacedock to something else. I don't know if we will get a full database dump or something.

  11. It is true however that there used to be plans for a planet in a very far away orbit around kerbol that would require you to use data from easter eggs to calculate it's position.
  12. Amazing new upgrade, the forums look waay better and will probably be easy to extend in the future. I'd rather have problems now than be stuck with vbulletin.

  14. Any decoupler causes the issue for me, I tried launching Nova-Apollo Saturn V-Apollo and Saturn I - Custom satellite and they explode when decoupling.
  15. I think crossplatform play with KSP shouldn't happen for many reasons, mainly because people will want to play with mods in multiplayer and then squad might limit modding. And of course, server-side processing power, being able to render big shps on consoles, becuase let's face it, no matter how well done multithreading is, big ships will give performance issues.
  16. I think this is going to be the only port with good controls, not on the level with the pc version but better than the xbo and 360 versions. and yes the wiiu can handle it, the unity 5 port will make it easier.
  17. Hello guys, I like planets that look like kerbin, I have tried many mods and I haven't been able to find any kerbin-like planet, do you guys know of any? cheers.
