YEP, kicked stage three in the NARDS!!! WARNING - the last 10 KM has some pretty insane elevation changes.

I also have some stage name suggestions after either landforms or where they are located, or difficulty apparently lol Stage 1: Beach Run Stage 2: Paso del Diablo (Devil's Pass in Spanish) Stage 3: Calamity Canyon I haven't gone beyond Stage 3 yet though.

Meh, I LOVE Junos. but I would think they would be a liability with something such as this because they are FAR too powerful for their size. I just got a new idea...if this really takes off, you could extend it. a KSC to KSC2 rally, with stages about as long as these. but eh, this one first hehe

I FINISHED STAGE 2, Stage 3 is the one I ran out of power on...and I finished 3/4 of it. so I'm sorta familliar with it. Stage 3 start flag and I have no clue how I survived this. And as far as I can see, I only need to make one more change to the car. swap those huge solar panels for something else so Val can get out lol

so Gene and Kerenna are engaged now...lets backtrack to what we know about Laythe. Laythe, in his universe, is breathable. But this breathable atmosphere is 0.8 of Kerbin's. So, I think it's safe to assume they'll be breathing hard for 2 reasons.

I'm updating my car to reflect things I learn on trial runs. This is what it looks like now.

It survived Stage 2 intact but I had to find ways around terrain lol, and Stage 3 it would have but it was getting late in the afternoon and ran out of power when the sun was behind terrain, so I'm giving the car 2 batteries and 4 RTGs.

Also, Stage 3 has you running through a valley/canyon, so DO NOT attempt it late in the Kerbin day. I have not started the third stage yet but I am going to try it...in late afternoon.....I started the challenge at the wrong time lol...Oh well gotta finish it.

See ya, Stage One! This mountain is EXTREMELY difficult to get up.

I just ran Stage I so far. I am going to run the others soon. Stage 2 once my video I filmed gets uploaded. Here it is, and I THINK I have my car!!! Put me in the Electric class. I will do my official run Jan 1sty.

I already have names for landforms in Stage I. The large hill around the middle is "Hell Hill". The last 7KM or so is "Victory Valley".

Question, do I have to angle the front wing a bit? if so which way?

I'm doing a test run as well (while I wait for my xBox 360 to update grrr)...I'm about halfway finished Stage 1 and I have no idea how I'm gonna get up that last hill without losingt too much time.

I FINISHED MY RUN, complete with a pretty Kerbal intro reveal I still wonder how Bill got outta that one....I sped it up by 4x because the raw video is like XBAWKSHUEG lol. No video because I have to rerun...finished in the wrong place oops lol
