  1. We've hardly met, eh? Maybe this is a conversation for a less public place, feel free to send me a request on steam. ;b
  2. Heh... silly nerds. As in I'm the 2nd 3D modeler you know of that's a girl? Or just... in general? Either way that's hardly an achievement.
  3. Mmmm, you're darn right we're making a Thor-Able/ablestar. As for the Atlas V SRBs, what's wrong with them? Atlas V is my favourite rocket.
  4. Listing RealPlumes as a dependency on CKAN, eh? Not everyone's computer can handle that too well and a lot of people are too lazy to install your mod manually!
  5. I guess, but it works well. As you and I have talked about a few times, I like to play with rescales(That current install is Harder Solar System 3x because I'm cool) so it can't quite make it into orbit without an upper stage(Talking about the Atlas 1 of course... Atlas 2 has an upper stage; Centaur) but it all works like a charm.
  6. "Elon Musk for scale" I laughed harder than I should have. I think it's time for sleep.
  7. Oh lord I'm so excited... I won't need any other lifters packs whenever this is finished. By the way, I'm sorry I can't be more help!
  8. Probably the most sloppy thing I've ever thrown together, but with the current dev release parts- Have an Atlas 2. The possibilities are endless, so long as you only have a need for early Atlas rockets!
  9. God I can't wait for these new engines to be textured and such. But the fairing mounts, they're just a misc thing I was wondering. Just ignore me.
  10. It always has, I guess. Does that make it indirectly my fault that everyone's stations are getting too hot? xD
  11. Well I don't exactly recall the explosions on the station... I think it was just because of a lack of radiators or... something... I know the space shuttle(Buran, not STS) carrying a replica of Unity Node 1 had the linkage between the Energiya core and Buran's lifting body overheat and blow up, only to find out directly inside, practically next to the decoupler was the CBM. Apon corrections of that, after entering orbit the entire body of Unity began to overheat, but nothing blew up at this point... yet.
  12. Since you made Gemini you should make Apollo CSM, but not the LEM if you don't want to... you were talking about a new lander after all.
  13. I don't know if this has been talked about, but those CBMs, and maybe even the modules themselves(I'm not too sure) generate a preposterous amount of heat! I've had a 2 space shuttles and 3 stations literally explode because of the heat of the CBMs.
  14. ^^ It's nothing! I just turned my laptop on! Edit: verspreche Trying to remember what that meant! For those of you who don't know: "I promise, I am not one." Though that seems a little strangely structured, are you sure that's right?
  15. I get this odd feeling that this is going to take a very long time to complete...
  16. I barely know what you just said to me as I'm half asleep, but this is KSP so I assumed there wasn't going to be anything fancy; Forgive my misinformation I suppose. I'm not the smartest girl in the world by any means.
  17. Well, Shadow, and anyone else who's interested: The joints on the new decouplers are a little wonky... but other than that they look fine. I hope soon you finish textures and everything so everyone else can get this neat little doodad! Also, another quick note about heat. I'm no rocket scientists(Professionally anyways) but the gases are cooling down as they're shot out of the engine bell/nozzle. So shouldn't the engine get that sweet sweet red hot glow around in the green circle rather than the red one? The little bottle neck is what gets hottest in real life, as the gasses are closest to their hottest. Some neat reference I found~
