  1. I do too. It's going to be cool to drive on a volcano.
  2. That's the plan :D.
  3. RSS. No realism overhaul.
  4. Thank you @Just Jim
  5. Yeah, and I have no idea why. It's imgur. I used the insert other media one. Hoping I can find out the issue.
  6. The volcanoes rumble. The radiation strikes the surface. The Great Red Spot is almost directly overhead. There is a constant rain of sulfur and other materials from the sky. In the distance, Europa drifts slowly along with it in the resonance. That place, is Io. Io is the main objective of this mission report. The main goal is to land (and hopefully return) a kerbal to Earth. From there, an outpost will be made to help any missions to Jupiter. Io will be a great place to explore. Day 1: Within our Grasp Although seeing Io at least from afar did not happen, this mission proved that Jupiter is within our grasp. We can get there, but can we get to Io? The only reason for not seeing Io was solar power. I now know the true power of RTGs. Hopefully tomorrow, we can see the plumes over the surface. But of course, failures are expected. It will be a while before a kerbal can walk on Io, and a base is set up. I don't have time to add titles or descriptions to the pictures. Let us hope for a better tomorrow. Day 2: Io See you! We saw Io! Although it was from very far away. After harnessing the true power (lol) of RTGs, the probe kept functioning long into the flight. After the transfer burn, the probe drifted along the void. Io was only a yellow dot on the cameras, but it won't be next mission. Hopefully. Jupiter looks cool too. The modified Jupiter rocket, modeled after the 2nd version, does not fuel. A new rocket must be designed to at least orbit Io. Tomorrow or the next day, my friends.
  7. Another rate thread! And it's about music. Pretty simple, rate whatever/whatever. The thing you're rating is a song. It can be any song on the whole planet. Here's a Minecraft one by C418! Have fun.
  8. 118. Making joke posts on any other date other than April 1st.
  9. / don't even know how to rate. PoodleCorp is paid by a random person/company to remove KSP from Steam, the website, and any other outlet that sells it. It's permanent.
  10. Another thing is that it would be REALLY hard to get to. At least from where we are.
  11. Humanity at that point (which could be hundreds of billions to TRILLIONS of years ahead), would either be extinct, or evolved to a point where a universe is just one of many universes, and traversing dimensions and time would be as easy as breathing. The question that there would be an end is a good one to ask. Are we just living in an already used universe? Is this one the first? Is this one the last? According to the theory, yes. Black holes will be the only remnants of the universe alongside burnt out Neutron Stars and Black Dwarves. Hawking Radiation will slowly decay these black holes, and there would be nothing but a void after trillions of years.
  12. Hopefully way farther from the Moon astronaut wise.
  13. Battlefield 4, but you should probably save for Battlefield 1.
  14. I managed to plot a maneuver from Kerbin and I only had to do 2 200 m/s correction burns. Insertion burn was 2.5 km/s. I managed to get it to 2.5 by the correction burns. Before the first one it was 4k and before the second one 3k.
  15. No Delta V mods and I guessed on the fuel I needed. Probably somewhere near 10 km/s. I can provide you with the ship and you can use KER to see how much it has.
  16. Completed Difficult Mode with 4 years to go. My rocket was insanely overbuilt. I didn't even jettison my other fuel tanks and engines on my transfer stage. It was my first try too! No titles or anything like that. The mission was hard enough and 41 pictures is too much. Only mod other than the planet one was KAC. Completed in Sandbox.
  17. I actually am on a trajectory (made from Kerbin orbit) that gets me there in 11 years. No people or TAC yet, though.
