1. So, what will happen in the next Kuzzter adventure if it needs a bridge? Hmmm...... ONTOPIC: I see someone beat me to suggesting KIS.
2. Well, I made a lot of changes. Added a second stage, rearranged the engines, rebuilt the capsule and LES from the ground up, but even with clipping I couldn't get it to orbit. It's much closer, at least it can get into space. Do you want the download? You can use all modifications I made if you want, or you can remove them.
3. I made a submarine pre-1.0, but it couldn't dive: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/116162-Submarine!?p=1850263#post1850263 Also, a float plane: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/116364-Float-plane!?p=1855746#post1855746
4. I can't say if porkjet can do a good job on rocket parts until he's done some more.
5. I suggest that the experience in games be removed. It is possible to have a good grasp of these concepts without KSP or space engine. You could add this though: Understand the basic of delta-v, and why "every gram counts."
6. I offer you the entire atomic rockets website: http://www.projectrho.com/public_html/rocket/ Filled with sci-fi images.
7.
Thats what I did, I meant clipping the engines.
I'll download it and fool around some, see what I can do.
8. Ah yes, I've noticed this in 1.0.5. Try radially attaching a cubic strut to the tank you want to engine on, then attach the engine to the strut, run a fuel line from the tank to the strut, turn on angle snap and offset the cubic strut and fuel line base into the tank. It will line up perfectly.
9. Well, the problem was that they were extendable/retractable, so they would look weird in the air if they were always extended. The closest I could come to it was airbrakes set up so that they were pointed out a bit close to where the hydroskis would be. Unfortunately, it couldn't take off with them, and they didn't lift it off the water. Thanks! And good idea about the landspeeder, I'll give that a try.
10. That's so cute! My suggestion for the second stage: clip engines.
11. Hmm, I can't remember much of it. It had a great early seaplane which was basically three huge pairs of triplane wings bolted to a boat, I can't find any pictures, unfortunately. And there was the christmas Bullet: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christmas_Bullet Also, it seems that there's two books of that title, I'm not sure which I read.
12. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll take a look at it. Guhhh. Wait, it didn't say that I needed DX11 when I bought it: https://web.archive.org/web/20151111093513/http://www.spaceengineersgame.com/system-requirements.html
13. Thanks! I believe I heard of it in a book call "The world's worst aircraft."
14. Looks great! It could probably go into space if you aimed it up.
15. Oh my kod. I've been to focused on KSP to be even thinking about space engineers. Oh well, back to space engineers. At least I don't play fallout. - - - Updated - - - It says that my system does not support directx 11. I have an NVIDIA GeForce 9600 gso 512 graphics card, it is impossible for me run planets? Thanks!
