I can partially agree on this. CKAN is quite unstable for me, and I only use it because I like to look down the list at what gets my interest.

Right click on the procedural tank, go to the fill option, and choose lead.

Use a procedural tank, fill with lead until you get 9.3 km/s overwll and test launch it. @tylerraiz is really good at that.
