So once my i7 4930k @ 4.6ghz with a GTX 980 can't produce (physics calculations + complete rendered graphics) in less than 0.04, it forces the total FPS to be 25fps, so that KSP can actually prioritize proper physics calculation in a reasonable timeframe, correct? It sounds reasonable to me. However, I wish Unity could use more processing power in the physics calculations. -

Are there any custom pack like Astronomer's that is updated to work with eve overhaul? I've found that there is "RSS Visual Enhancements (RVE)" and it looks good though I never tried RSS. Are there any other? -

SOLUTION: I tracked the problem back to Ferram "FAR" Aerodynamics. I've deleted the folder of the lastest version and downloaded the same version again. It's seems to be working perfectly now. Reproducing the problems and tracking it mod by mod is a tiresome process, but I wish I had done it sooner instead of smashing my head against the wall for almost 3 days.

If you timewarp past 100x, skin temp instantly goes down (because the physics calculation for heat radiation gets disabled probably), but if stay at 100x, it accumulates heat until explosion because of Kerbol radiation. If you disable radiation in physics, the problem goes away. If you set radiation to 0.1 instead of 1, the effect is doable. The larger the surface of the part, the larger is the heat accumulation through radiation. It happens in all parts (mod parts and squad parts). Happens in 32-bits and 64-bit community fix. They use a custom resource called WasteHeat that is captured by a Generator with a certain x% efficiency to generate electricity, so they avoid the stock system. Maybe it is not realistic, but at least it is functional so they've avoided these problems.
