Update: Next up: Checkpoint 25 I'm so tired, it's the constant navigating that makes it hard, go around hills, finding low passes...pfffff But we keep going.

I'm experimenting on holding some kind of race division that consist of 12 6 racers competing each other racing all over Kerbin. The reason that I want 6 selected drivers is that I don't want it to turn into a circus. Requirements You have to: - Have experience in driving rovers. - Love to drive. - Want to win. - Play fair, no quicksaves during races. I don't know, KSP is so open source that that can easily be hacked, but I'll look into it. I wish we could just trust people here on the forum...

Now I do like to host races on Kerbin, but everytime I set up a challenge people use quicksave while racing. Why would you do that ? I came to understand that quicksaving can save you from bugs, that's totally fine by me. But why cheat (yes, I call it cheating) in a challenge ? What is worst is that I can't prevent people from quicksaving, there is no way to check if they did or not. Let me know what you think and let's be civil about it.

Yeah, I've seen that happen to Count me out please, I never use quicksave. If I did I wouldn't still be playing KSP anymore because of boredom. I like to push myself, mission failes ? Bad luck, try again. Besides, why would I drive pole2pole when I know nothing can go wrong because I quicksaved ? As I found out almost all contestants in the Dessert Derby used quicksave....For a 22 km "long" race ! I'm almost wishing for a crash, flying a new buggy to Jeb would be a nice break from driving For your defence, I do understand you quicksave because of bugs, that I can totally understand. Things just got weird, after I almost crashed the graphics where glitching and I restarted the game. The graphics are fine now, but checkpoint 24 is gone (?) So I've stopped and are about to set up checkpoint 24 AGAIN ! @ShadowZone

I assume you are talking about the Pole2Pole challenge (that is under construction) This is no circumnavigation, well, half it is.... No serious water needs crossing...
