There will be cheaters, but I don't think they will have the proud and satisfied feeling at the finish like non-cheaters do. I'm not taking this to seriously, I just want to have fun.

Thanks dude, I also feel like I made a lot of friends while hosting this challenge, so no reason for me to get down.

He also said the course was flat and boring, sounds like he never made it to stage 2.

It just annoys me that he thinks I started this hype just for the attention. I'm Dutch and a Dakar fan for years, lots of Dutch people are riding the Dakar, so to me it was obvious to start the thread in december... "Ultimately the results of the challenge are irrelevant to me as i've already had my fun" I could not have said it better, I've been building/driving for 4 weeks now, I had my fun, time to move on...I hear there is a dragrace coming.

I learned that the hard way when I tried to put wheels on the frame... It's a tough mod to learn, but I'm getting the hang of it. Tomorrow I will work on the new wheels and put them on, I need them a bit smaller.

I've already created a dragster roll cage. Took me all day.

Was new to me, installed and quick tested: I like it a lot, This will keep me busy all day tomorrow.

I flew this car to the North pole for high speed testing, The salty look reminded me of bonneville.

OMK, I need that frame ! I've tried the tube mod, but its a puzzle to me, but this will def. make me go back to it. I still have 3 weeks.

Update on my buggy, like my new 50 shades of grey, ready to test drive stage 1.

Can't find the original mod link, I will send you the mod. Not my mod, but I modified the offroad wheel, made it larger (it's VERY small original) and faster (orig was 20 m/s, now 52 m/s = 187 kph. I noticed the wrong pattern, I've read the instructions and got my stuck...need example.

Wheel size problem solved, but still not liking the colour. Also have to tweak these wheels... ♫ work,work,work,work,work work. ♪ UPDATE: Solved, top speed 52.5 m/s, I see a red car and I want to paint it black.
