1.
It is not only you. Plock has moved to the Medusa Cascade.
What's the Medusa Cascade? Some sort of Kopernicus feature?
 2. Don't worry, everyone. The config layout has indeed changed, but not dramatically. Porting Arkas' clouds over to E.V.E 1.0.5 shouldn't be so hard. And from what I understood the fullcover-config will now block out some of the sunlight like Venus' clouds do, so you might want to consider using lamps... - - - Updated - - - Here's all major config changes I've found so far: - new layout: instead of
CLOUD_LAYER { body = Kerbin (lots of stuff here) } CLOUD_LAYER } body = Kerbin (more stuff here) }
The config now uses this:
Kerbin } Kerbin_cloudlayer1 (stuff here) } { Kerbin_cloudlayer2 (stuff here) }
So I now have to specify the body first, then I can add as much layers as I want. - 3D and 2D config parts I now have to fill in some parameters for the 2D scaledspace textures - Shadows Clouds now cast shadows - Colors Instead of 0-1 EVE now uses 0-255. Actually, I like the new config layout. Let's just hope I can work with it as good as I could with the old format.
 3.
Do you think you could try and get compatibility with EnviromentalVisualEnhancements and Scatterer for OPM 1.9, if it isn't supported already? I'd really like to make Sarnus, Tekto, Urlum, Neidon and Thatmo look just as beautiful as the stock planets.
Hmm... I was about to reveal that I am finishing the EVE configs for OPM, and that I had fixed Tekto (there is now one huge layer of green clouds between 40000m and 10000m), but with the new EVE config layout I am going to need some time to fix everything and update the configs. Either way, don't worry: EVE support is on the way!
 4. Actually, I am already filming a 'trailer' for Arkas, though it may take a few weeks to finish it.
I don't think the Arkas cloud configs are compatible with EVE. Aside from the fact that the standard EVE cloud stuff is in a BoulderCo/Atmosphere instead of BoulderCo/Clouds, the configs itself seem to be in an entirely different format than the Arkas configs.
Wait, what!? I'll check out what has happened right away!
 5. Hmm. Now I know why Keelon's atmosphere was so buggy: it had no PressureKeys, TemparatureKeys and TemparatureSunMultiCurve at all. I just finished adding those.
 6.
well, I need good people... SO... You can be a tester!
You already have a tester... So now you have two! Great!
 7.
Ok, I updated it to 1.0.5
Changelog:

Updated to 1.0.5
Fixed spelling errors
Fixed configuration error

Alright, I'll check it out. I'll let you know if I encounter a bug.
 8. Sorry, but I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you asking if anyone else has noticed that E.V.E has been updated to 1.0.5, or are you asking if E.V.E has been updated for 1.0.5?
 9. Awesome job! And if it doesn't look good, give me a shout and I'll try to get you some maps. In fact, I'd have offered you a bunch of Phoebe maps already if it wasn't for the fact that you already got a few maps. Oh, and according to NASA there's a new dwarf planet in the oortcloud. So far it's called 'V774104'. It's believed to exist based off the weird orbits of other dwarf planets in that area.
 10. amarius, do I have permission to give Keelon's atmosphere proper pressure keys? 'Cause in that case I can start fixing Keelon's clouds. I'll make the atmosphere 115000m high with a pressure of 2.2atm.
 11. Alright, everyone! I just spent hours and hours playing 1.0.5 (and I immediatly made a mod that re-added the old Mk1 cockpit as the 'Mk1 Fighter Cockpit'), and I can safely say that E.V.E still works, so Arkas' clouds will work as well. As for the planet itself, I highly doubt the Kopernicus update that will fix some bugs with 1.0.5 will break the planet, so it's safe to say everything still works.
 12. I don't think that'd be a good idea. As awesome as it sounds, you underlined that Kerbol Origins was supposed to reflect Nova's ideas several times, and lava and volcanoes were not in his design. His design was basically Duna with Eve's atmosphere and high mountains, not a dense atmospheric world with lots of volcanoes. When I read what Nova wrote about Fonso, I see a world that is light blue/grey in colour with many high mountains. Many, many high mountains. Not a world with many lava rivers. Nevertheless, it's your mod, but if your wish is to stick to Nova's ideas, then I don't think Fonso should be given lava. I think Manai is enough lava for me.
 13. It will indeed include a comet. I am in charge of the E.V.E support, and one of the things I am adding is surface dust. On the comet, don't be surprised to see dust and gas flying by...
 14. It is possible to use Kopernicus and planet packs in KSP 1.0.5, though so far Kopernicus is designed for 1.0.4 so it would be like putting a cow on roller skates. The developers of Kopernicus are already working on Kopernicus for 1.0.5, and once that version is out, Asclepius will undoubtably work unless Kopernicus suddenly needs an entirelt diffrent script file setup, and since this would give a lot of modders a lot of work I highly doubt the Kopernicus devs would do this.
 15. I don't have 1.0.5, but the packs only won't work if E.V.E doesn't work on 1.0.5, or E.V.E suddenly needs an entirely diffrent config file setup. As for the clouds themselves, they need only E.V.E, not AVP.
 16. Huh. I'll follow Scott Manley's advice and 'fly safe' in 1.0.4 until Kopernicus 1.0.5 is released. Anyhow, I've finished Tekto's cloud textures and created a config file. The result... Tekto looks really fuzzy due to the fact that all 16 cloud layers that form Tekto's thick upper atmosphere are visible from space at once. I'm still fixing that. However, I deorbited the 'Tektoan orbital research SSTO' and investigated the green moon from up-close. Let's say it looks pretty amazing so far...
 17. The clouds are standalone, they don't need any of Astronomer's packs, so I wonder why CKAN says it does need them.
 18. Oh. Yes, it all makes sense now. And I currently feel very stupid. Perhaps increasing the atmosphere height while not touching the pressure keys will increase the glow effect?
 19. An atmosphereless gas giant... There is only one possible result to that paradox: , , and more ! (Got to love those confused Kerbals )
 20. Hmm... Perhaps you may have heard that I am working on custom E.V.E textures and configs for OPM that require nothing but E.V.E which, in turn, needs ModuleManager(like basically every mod). One of the things I am working on is a light white haze in the distance on Thatmo. So far without big results, but I'm making some good progress. Other than that, glow works fine on basically every body but Hale, Ovok, Polta/Priax (the small brown asteroid moon, I'm too lazy to head over to my KSP directory to find out which one, sorry ), Tal and Nissee since they are irregular, and E.V.E doesn't work nicely with irregular bodies. Sarnus, Urlum, Neidon, Tekto, Slate, Polta/Priax(the big mint colored one this time), Wal and Thatmo work fine though. As for Tekto, I am working on a dense atmosphere like the real Titan: the clouds will be at least ten kilometers thick (real Titan has about 4km of smog, but who cares, this is Tekto and not Titan) instead of many layers with clear, cloudless areas in between. Another thing I've noticed is that Sarnus and Urlum's rings do not conflict with the effects of E.V.E, which is a nice bonus. However, due to me being hired (for free in case you're wondering) by fellow Kopernicus user amarius1 to add E.V.E compatibility to KerbolPlus (or KerbolOrigins, as it will be renamed to in the next version), I don't have as much time to work on the OPM cloudpack as much as I used to, and therefor it may take longer for me to finish. And yes, the clouds actually work: while adding Tekto's clouds I accidentally placed one around Kerbin instead of Tekto, so Kerbin had a green cloudlayer in it's upper atmosphere. So I simply threw a bunch of boosters together and decided to check it out, and it actually works and looks really good! Another thing that will be added to Tekto is a mysterious mist above the lakes for an extra alien effect. Since Tekto's atmosphere is described as 'violent' and since real-life Neptune actually has some of the fastest winds in the solar system, both Tekto and Neidon will have a few minor cyclones moving around in the upper atmosphere (though I have not yet been able to make them rotate).
 21. A fair point, but perhaps you haven't noticed that the original KerbolPlus is already dead. This thread features a remade and improved version of the original K+ while amarius1's KerbolPlus has evolved into a new mod called KerbolOrigins, in which most of the locations have been remade completely, so it is fair to say that KillAshley's remade K+ and amarius1's KerbolOrigins are two separate mods.
