I might be able to help you. Go to ksp's game data file and make a new file call it whatever you want and in that file make another one and name it the same as the part you want to add it must have the model and texture files and the cfg as well I personally recommend that you go to a cfg and right click and go to properties and go to open with and select notepad not notepad++ then edit the cfg you want and save it just remember that you must copy the cfg to the same sort of part you are changing or making good luck.
