    I just feel like the majority of the rocket is not reusable.When you use expendable tanks, it doesn't work well. I don't get what Zeus is.If we couple the upper stage with falcon X, throw in SKYLON, and Bigelow gets the BA330 into orbit, it could happen.

    Ok, the Dragon V2 service module is different from the trunk, the SERV couldnt go to EML2, why is on orbit separation bad, why not have it so that you can have separate or attached reentry, and, because of the large cargo capacity, a special crew cabin for more people.

    I am so happy that you started a thread on this! It's my favorite concept! I like this idea, but I suggest a VentureStar heat shield.I think that MURP is a good idea, but hit had a 7 person capacity, so anything else would work.Also there were supposed to be 2 versions, 1 for crew and1 for cargo.Also, are you considering a cargo bay? If so delete it and replace it with a vertically stacked bay.

    My definition of a space ship is a manueverable, reusable, manned spacecraft constructed on-orbit.BIG also, i dont think that the shuttle is a space plane.

    They should test the life support on EM-1.Their useing a tiled heat sheild? cool! But, we saw how that worked out... Orion shouldn't still be in development.They should take advantage of what they started with CCDEV and use Dragon.

    Apart from problems caused by not being able to launch a rocket from a blimp, unreliability of blimps, corrosive atmosphere and high pressure, Venus is better, but before we stop all of that, Mars is better, and poses an advantage over asteroid colonies by having an ataatmosphere.

    Titan is the most likely place for life. Also, Iapetus has a crater, which could have a stargate, capable of turning Jupiter into a star.Ha Ha.It is pretty cool,though.
