Sigh...
My parents have gotten the belief that KSP is making me stupid
WHAT!?
Seriously, this game has taught me more about spaceflight than SCHOOL!
How can your parents think it's making you stupid???

Now that will definitely be worth watching. I assume they'll go for a droneship landing?
Probably.

Well, I tried the prerelease, and I see no difference between 1.2 and 1.2.9...
I'm going back to my 1.2.2 backup, filled with my favorite mods.
I'm looking forward to the DLC though! You'll keep us updated on that won't you?

As long as its less that 50% of the main product price I guess it would be ok from my perspective.
20 euros for a DLC!? I personally think that's a bit expensive.
Considering that the game usually costs 40 euros, I think a DLC like this should cost maybe 11-12 euros. 15 at most.
Then again, I know next to nothing about marketing, so I have no idea if what price I'm suggesting is ludicrously low.

Any details on pricing yet?
I must convince my parents to buy me this expansion, when it comes out!
Will top grades to the trick?

Oh hey, looks like SES-10 it is, and the date appears to be holding too!
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

I can't wait to get home from school to try it out!
And about the Asteroid Day mod, since it's integrated into the stock game now, I'm assuming the mod isn't available to download, or at least isn't being developed any more?

I believe Vandenberg was upgraded, did they drop the strongback at liftoff during the last launch there?
I don't think so, I think the first time they did that was CRS-10. Don't quote me on that, though.
Also, looks like SpaceX got themselves another GPS satellite!

Back up a moment here....
This was a reused first stage?
If not, sorry, I just woke up.
No, it wasn't. ()

...? Groom Lake sure starts school early these days...
Heh.
I'm actually in Scandinavia, so the time makes sense (about as far away from Groom Lake as you can get...)

Unlike SpaceX, tonight I shall make a landing attempt for EchoStar 23. Target: Droneship Of Course I Really Want To Go To Bed Right Now But I Can't Read The Instructions To Assemble My Bed.
OCIRWTGTBRNBICRTITAMB.
Rolls right off the tongue!
(Man. I want an ASDS blanket now. Like, REALLY BAD!)

I have enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Now I'm going to attempt a landing on my bed. That was a radical pun there at the end. Good night.
Fire
You guys are lucky. I have to leave for school in 15 minutes...

Even without the boostback burn and the reentry burn?
2 minutes ago, Ultimate Steve said:Hmm. I did not consider that.
It probably wouldn't be fully intact, but it wouldn't be fully burnt up either.
Wouldn't the core booster of the F Heavy have to deal with these speeds? If so, I think this would be mostly intact.
Until it smashes into the ocean, of course.
EDIT: Loved Tom's guilty face as he was caught eating the pie
