  1. "How many times did I tell you to not experiment with sodium in the basement Johnny?"
  2. Nice. I made a regular TIE fighter a few days ago. However, it most certainly cannot fly at all. But your design probably can be tweaked to sustain an atmospheric flight. How far have you gotten in atmospheric flight?
  3. Then the empire needs a new grand earmuff. How should one go about chopping their piano with a stuffed bear?
  4. Unfortunately, your "boulder" contained some ore in it, and I was compelled to blow it up to extract it.
  5. Yeah, but it's not what I was thinking when someone said "science for the masses"...
  6. Your images are not working. Neither is this guy...
  7. When you dock the two spacecraft, the mission clock will switch to one spacecraft. However, once the two spacecraft are undocked, the original MET clock for both spacecraft will be restored to its original state.
  8. I just use pen and paper if I really need to know something. I take it that is a little out of date here...
  9. I typically play science mode, but in my single career game, I don't really have a single ship I just fly over and over to earn funds. Flying spaceplanes does not truly get many funds, but I do just send my kerbals to the mun and then minmus to help level up, and then get funds, so I guess it's pretty simmilar to what you're doing, but I like using minimalistic rockets with two kerbals as opposed to a five or twenty kerbal craft.
  10. This thread should probably be moved to the "Gameplay Questions and Tutorials" section, as it is about the Kerbal solar system and not our own.
  11. This is a more appropriate tool to fix windows 8...
  12. Yes, but this "planet thing" is some pale blue dot to which I feel a strange connection to. It's almost like I live on it... Therefore, 6.5/10
  13. Not that long ago, on a really slow PC... Stock TIE Fighter: This advanced new spacecraft has highly advanced technology, such as invisible weaponry, obviously why you can't see them! The two giant hexagons on its side probably serve some purpose, but it is difficult to tell what. It is propelled great distances with a piece of technology known as the Hyper-Edit Drive. Therefore, it has no need for an engine that can take it to orbit, or anywhere, really. Regardless, the engine behind it can send the ship places, as long as you remain in the same planetary system and don't intend on landing anything larger than Minmus. ... Stock X-wing In response to the new threat, the Kerbal rebellion has produced a new starfighter of their own: Using four afterburners, it can launch at a pretty high angle, as well as climb almost to space. However, once it gets there, it is about as good as, well, a jet engine in a vacuum! Despite the big, heavy mining drills pretending to be guns on its wingtips, the afterburners provide decent maneuverability. It is quite common to completely lose control, but the afterburners can reverse course quite rapidly, and without losing too much altitude. The fighters have used Hyper-Edit Drive to get to Orbit of Laythe. Perhaps there will be a big battle between the one TIE fighter and the one X-wing. Or, perhaps not.
  14. Floor 1510: A hole from which the piece of building from floor 1381 fell. (I hope nobody has done this one yet!)
  15. Granted. Nobody buys them. I wish for a safe, efficient, and cheap rocket engine.
  16. Yeah, I see. It would indeed be nice if mk. 3 parts could carry 3.75 meter tanks to orbit. There are, of course, mods! This one's my favorite.
  17. Granted, you live in a conspiracy theorists colony I wish that we would just go to Mars already!
